Go inside the Indianapolis Colts Draft Room on Day 3 of the 2025 NFL Draft. The Colts selected Iowa State offensive tackle Jalen Travis, Kansas State running back DJ Giddens, Notre Dame quarterback Riley Leonard, Alabama defensive tackle Tim Smith and Wisconsin linebacker Hunter Wohler.

Wohler, who played at Wisconsin for four years, has experience playing safety and linebacker.

Linebacker Hunter Wohler (Wisconsin) spoke with the media after being selected 232nd overall in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Leonard, who played for Notre Dame in 2024, already has ties to the Colts and considers Indiana home.

The Indianapolis Colts select Wisconsin Badgers linebacker Hunter Wohler in Round 7 of the 2025 NFL Draft with the No. 232 overall pick.

Wohler totaled 191 tackles over his final two seasons at Wisconsin. 

The 6-foot-2, 213 pound Wohler appeared in 43 games (25 starts) over four seasons at Wisconsin, totaling 229 tackles, 11.5 tackles for a loss, three interceptions, 16 passes defensed and two sacks from 2021-2024. Wohler in 2023 earned Third-Team All-Big Ten honors and set career highs with 120 tackles, 5.5 tackles for a loss, eight passes defensed and two interceptions over 13 starts.

Defensive Tackle Tim Smith (Alabama) spoke with the media after being selected 190th overall in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Smith played five years at Alabama - four under Nick Saban - and says his time with the Crimson Tide has prepared him for "life, football, anything."
