If a game is canceled and cannot be rescheduled, or is played under conditions that prohibit fans from attending (for example, if a public authority restricts the size of public gatherings), Colts Season Ticket Members will receive a pro-rata refund of the applicable season ticket purchase price for any affected games, or the option to credit that amount toward future playoff or regular season full season tickets for the next season. Season Ticket Members should contact their Membership Services Manager at the Colts or call 317-297-7000 if they have additional questions on the Season Ticket Member refund policy.
