In 2023, he played in 16 games (nine starts) with starts at right tackle (seven) and left tackle (two). Made his NFL debut in Week 1 vs. JAX. In Week 4 vs. LAR, he made his first career start at left tackle. In Week 5 vs. TEN, he started at left tackle for a line that paved the way for Zack Moss to rush for 165 yards and two touchdowns.
COLLEGE:
Played in 44 career games (41 starts) at BYU (2019-22) with starts at left tackle (26) and right tackle (15). Garnered numerous honors, including Third Team Associated Press All-American (2022), Phil Steele All-Independent First Team (2021, 2022), College Football Network Independent Offensive Lineman of the Year & All-Independent First Team (2022) and Pro Football Network All-Independent First Team Offense (2021).
In 2022, he was one of only three BYU players to play in and start all 13 games.
At left tackle, he was one of six players to start all 13 games in 2021. The offense allowed just 15.0 sacks on the season.
In 2020, he started eight games and helped the BYU offense rank No. 8 in the nation for the fewest sacks allowed (12.0 sacks in 12 games) and only allowed two pressures on 293 pass-blocking regular season snaps. The offense also ranked No. 4 in scoring (43.5) and No. 7 in total offense (522.2).
As a true freshman in 2019, he started the final seven games of the season at right tackle. The offensive line unit was ranked No. 12 by Pro Football Focus.

Attended Herriman High School and played under Dustin Pearce. Named a three-time team captain.
Was a Principal's Honor Roll student.
Earned the UHSAA Spirit of Sport Award.
Helped Herriman win the 2015 state championship.
Named a two-time All-Region selection.
Six-time All-State honoree in track and field, while being the state champion in the shot put and javelin. Holds the 6A javelin state record.
Was a two-time basketball team captain and was named a 2018 All-State selection.
In 2023, he volunteered to help combat local hunger by participating at Gleaners Food Bank and for the Horseshoe Helpings event around Thanksgiving.
Participated in the NFL's My Cause My Cleats initiative and represented Kicking the Stigma (2023-24).
His father, James, played linebacker for BYU (1994-95).
Mother, Debbie Dimond, was an honorable mention All-American BYU women's basketball player, where she played from 1991-95. She is the eighth-highest scorer in BYU women's basketball history.
His sister, Sierra, was a thrower with BYU women's track and field (2017-22).
