Acquired by the Colts in a trade with the Buffalo Bills on November 1, 2022 in exchange for a conditional sixth round draft selection and running back Nyheim Hines.

As a senior, he was named First Team All-Pac-12 and Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Year after he saw action in 13 games (12 starts) and led the team in rushing with 1,416 yards on 235 carries with 15 touchdowns. Also added 28 receptions for 388 yards and two touchdowns.
In 2018, he earned Second Team All-Pac-12 honors after he started all nine games he saw action in and tallied 179 rushes for 1,096 yards and 11 touchdowns as well as eight receptions for 50 yards and one touchdown.
As a sophomore, he competed in all 13 games (12 starts) and had team highs in carries (214), rushing yards (1,173) and rushing touchdowns (10). Also contributed 29 receptions for 243 yards.
In 2016, he saw action in 10 games (three starts) and recorded 84 carries for 382 yards and two touchdowns as well as one reception for four yards.

As a senior, he tallied 145 carries for 1,098 yards and 27 touchdowns as well as 25 receptions for 425 yards and four touchdowns.
Played the first three seasons of his high school career at Mater Academy Charter.
He is cousins with former NFL wide receivers Santana Moss and Sinorice Moss.
