Practice Notebook: Daniel Jones limited, but 'good to go' for Week 13

The Colts held a walkthrough on Wednesday at the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center.

The Colts on Wednesday listed quarterback Daniel Jones (fibula) as a limited participant; the Colts conducted a walkthrough on Wednesday, so his participation was an estimation of what it would've been for a normal practice.

Either way, Jones is expected to be ready to go for Sunday's AFC South showdown against the Houston Texans at Lucas Oil Stadium.

"He'll be good to go this week," head coach Shane Steichen said.

"I'm all good," Jones said. "I'll be ready to go on Sunday."

Jones popped up on the Colts' practice report last Thursday as a limited participant with a fibula injury, but was a full participant on Friday last week and played every offensive snap in the Colts' 23-20 overtime loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

"It was just something that was kind of hanging over and realized it last week," Jones said. "Just been trying to get treatment and make sure I'm in the best spot I can be."

Jones added "it's been really good working with the trainers here and making sure we're ready to go. We got a good plan."

Quarterback Anthony Richardson will not return to practice this week, Steichen said. Richardson sustained a fractured orbital bone in a freak accident prior to the Colts' Week 6 win over the Arizona Cardinals and was placed on injured reserve ahead of Week 7.
