GuestAssist is a new text messaging service available to guests of Lucas Oil Stadium. A guest may ask for assistance during events by sending a text message from his/her cell phone. A stadium representative receives the text message and the appropriate assistance is dispatched from the Stadium Control Center. By using the GuestAssist system, guests will be able to report issues and concerns, and request assistance in a fast, easy and convenient way.
HOW TO SEND A TEXT:
- Address the text message to 78247
- Type the word INDY, followed by a space, and the issue and location. The word INDY is not case sensitive, but the body of the text message must start with the keyword (INDY) and there must be a blank space after the keyword.
EXAMPLES: (Text to 78247) – include seat numbers if possible
- INDY there is an altercation in section 101, row 12
- indy A coke was spilled in the stairwell of section 152 near row 18
GuestAssist is a helpful tool for fans as it complies with the NFL Fan Code of Conduct. The NFL and all 32 NFL clubs have created a fan code of conduct to help promote a positive fan environment at all NFL stadiums.
