Practice Notebook: DeForest Buckner ruled out for Colts' Week 10 game vs. Falcons in Berlin

Gardner missed the New York Jets' Week 8 game with a concussion and the Jets had a bye week in Week 9; Gardner must clear protocol to be able to play in the Colts' Week 10 game.

On Thursday, Taylor was named the AFC Offensive Player of the Month for October. 

The Colts opened Jones' 21-day window to be activated from injured reserve last week.

Taylor leads the NFL with 697 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns (10 rushing, 1 receiving).

Jones was placed on injured reserve in September due to a hamstring injury sustained in Week 1. 

The Colts signed Rypien to the practice squad Wednesday after placing Anthony Richardson Sr. on injured reserve.

Moore (Achilles) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice. Charvarius Ward Sr. (concussion) did not practice.

Wayne spoke to the media on Thursday for the first time since Mitchell's fumble at the goal line in Week 4.

Pierce is still in concussion protocol but was listed as a full participant in Wednesday's practice.

Latu totaled nine pressures in Week 4, the most by a Colts player in a single game in four years. 

Goncalves (toe, limited) and Pierce (concussion, full) both participated in the Colts' first practice of Week 5 on Wednesday at the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center.
