The Houston Texans have made a name for themselves around the NFL this season as one of the premier defenses in the league. With pass rushers like Will Anderson Jr. and Danielle Hunter and a secondary with guys like Derek Stingley and Jalen Pitre, the Texans defense has proven to be a force to be reckoned with.

It's worth noting that as of Thursday morning, Pitre, as well as quarterback C.J Stroud, remain in concussion protocol but are both are reportedly on track to be cleared for Sunday's game.

When Daniel Jones, Jonathan Taylor and the rest of the Colts offense takes the field on Sunday, looking to bounce back from their overtime loss to the Kansas City Chiefs last weekend, they know the challenge they face. The Texans have allowed just 2,907 total yards of offense (good for best in the league) and only 25.8 percent of opponents' drives have ended in a score. They have 12 interceptions, good for third-most in the league, and have allowed just 10 touchdowns.

"It's a good defense," Jones said. "It's aggressive. They do a good job rushing the passer. They've got good players in the secondary and at linebacker. So, it'll be a good challenge for us."

"Those guys definitely get active up front," Taylor said. "It's always a tough challenge with those guys. They have smart players, but they have athletic players. So for us, it's going to be alignment, assignment. We're going to definitely have to help each other out. We're going to be on our communication as well. If you let that front run wild, it's going to be a long Sunday."
