Indianapolis Colts NFL Playoff Invoices Sent
The Colts are competing, along with several other American Football Conference teams, for a postseason appearance. Due to the competitiveness of the AFC in the National Football League, the teams qualifying for postseason play may not be determined until the final Sunday of the regular season, December 28, 2008.
Accordingly, it is possible the Colts could qualify for a postseason appearance as an AFC Wild Card team. The NFL has asked the Colts to begin preparation for a potential home playoff game at Lucas Oil Stadium. Season ticket holders have been sent invoices for a potential AFC Championship game at home. If the Colts finish as the fifth seed in the playoffs, they could host the Championship game with two road wins and the sixth seed also winning its two playoff games.
Payment from Season Ticket Holders must be received on Friday, December 19, 2008 to assure tickets for a potential home playoff game. Payments may be made by mail, or online via the Colts website at www.colts.com. Payments may be dropped off at the Lucas Oil Stadium Ticket Office at 500 S. Capitol (southeast corner of the building) during normal business hours.
Season Ticket Holders are asked to review the postseason information guide included with their invoice completely, and then contact their CRR directly or the Colts Ticket Operations department at 317-297-7000 if they have any questions that were not addressed.
Additional tickets will be made available at a date TBD once the playoff picture rounds into shape.
The Colts are also accepting deposits for those wishing to become Season Ticket Holders in the future at www.colts.com.
