Indianapolis – The Indianapolis Colts today signed linebacker Joseph Vaughn to a reserve/future contract.

Vaughn, 6-3, 238 pounds, participated in the Colts' 2025 training camp after originally signing with the team as an undrafted free agent on August 18, 2025. Collegiately, he saw action in 44 career games at UCLA (2024) and Yale (2019-23). Vaughn registered 147 tackles (88 solo), 19.5 tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, seven passes defensed, four interceptions (two returned for touchdowns) and three forced fumbles. He was named a First Team All-Ivy League choice (2023) and garnered Honorable Mention All-Ivy League recognition (2022).
