INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Colts today signed tight end Erik Swoope to the practice squad.

Swoope, 6-4, 255 pounds, played in the Colts' Week 1 contest vs. Cincinnati and caught one pass for 13 yards before being waived on September 13. He was originally signed by Indianapolis as an undrafted free agent on March 13, 2014. Swoope has played in 18 games (four starts) with the Colts and has caught 16 passes for 310 yards and one touchdown.
