The Colts on Tuesday announced the addition of free agent punter Jeremy Kapinos and defensive back Chip Vaughn. Also, Dallas Clark has been placed on injured reserve and Pat McAfee on reserve/club suspension.



The Indianapolis Colts have signed P-Jeremy Kapinos and DB-Chip Vaughn as free agents, the club announced Tuesday. The Colts also placed TE-Dallas Clark on injured reserve and P-Pat McAfee on reserve/club suspension.

Kapinos (6-1, 233) appeared in 16 games with Green Bay in 2009, punting 66 times for a 43.8-yard average.

Vaughn (6-2, 221) originally was a 2009 fourth-round draft choice by New Orleans, and he saw time this season on Philadelphia's practice squad.

PRO: Signed as FA with Colts on October 25, 2010…originally was D4-09 selection (116th overall) by New Orleans…was waived on September 4, 2010…was signed to Philadelphia practice squad on September 6, 2010…was waived on September 21, 2010.

2009: Was with New Orleans entire season, but did not play in any games.
