Colts Will Visit Carolina in Preseason Game on August 9
INDIANAPOLIS – The NFL made a change in the Colts' preseason schedule Thursday.
The Colts, originally scheduled to play the Detroit Lions in their second preseason game – the weekend of August 7-11 – now will play the Carolina Panthers that weekend. The Colts will play Carolina at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C., on Saturday, August 9 at 7:30 p.m., the NFL announced on Thursday.
The Colts' preseason schedule had been announced on April 3, with the league announcing its regular-season schedule earlier this week.
Also next preseason, the Colts will play the Washington Redskins in the Hall of Fame Game in Canton, Ohio, on Sunday, August 3, at 8 p.m. They also will play preseason games at Atlanta on Saturday, August 16, at 7:30 p.m.; at home against Buffalo on Sunday, August 24, at 8 p.m.; and at home against Cincinnati on Thursday, August 28, at 7 p.m.
