The Indianapolis Colts on Monday announced Lucas LeJeune of Roermond, The Netherlands as the 2025 Colts International Fan of the Year presented by Lucas Oil Products, the Colts' Official Global Partner.

The honor recognizes extraordinary NFL fans around the world who inspire others through their love of American football. LeJeune has, over the last few years, been a significant driver of Colts support across Europe, including before, during and after the Colts' Week 10 win over the Atlanta Falcons at Olympic Stadium in Berlin – which was the club's first time hosting a home game internationally.

As the Colts International Fan of the Year, LeJeune will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to the 2026 NFL Draft in Pittsburgh, and he will be nominated for the NFL International Fan of the Year. The winner of the NFL International Fan of the Year will be announced during Draft Weekend.

LeJeune became a Colts fan in 2019, when he was placed with a family in Fishers, Ind., as part of a high school study abroad program. He dove into learning about the Colts' history, the team's values and the then-current roster, and quickly became a staunch supporter of the Horseshoe. When he returned home to The Netherlands, he started a groupchat with a small group of European-based Colts fans.

That groupchat has, over the year, added plenty of supporters and has become the "Blue Crew Europe," a community of over 100 Colts fans based across Europe. LeJeune helps lead the group and organize events, including the first European Colts Cookout at his home.

And LeJeune's home – the "Colts Gardenhouse" – in the Netherlands boasts an impressive collection of Colts gear and memorabilia.

LeJeune has attended Colts games in the United States at Lucas Oil Stadium and in Nashville; he was in Frankfurt for the Colts' 2023 win over the New England Patriots and in Berlin two years later when Jonathan Taylor dashed for three touchdowns to earn the Colts a thrilling overtime win over the Falcons. He's made several visits back to Indianapolis since his study abroad year, and spent a handful of weeks in central Indiana around the holidays this year, attending two games and making two trips to the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center on 56th Street.

On the second trip, LeJeune sat down for a taping of an episode of "The Colts Show" podcast. At the end of the episode, he was surprised by Colts left tackle Bernhard Raimann and team mascot Blue to tell him he was named the Colts' 2025 International Fan of the Year.
