Triton Central ended defending Class 2A state champion Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter's 14-game winning streak with a 28-21 triumph.

Hammond Clark snapped its 27-game losing streak with a 28-21 victory over East Chicago Central. It was also the first win for Pioneers' coach Nick Testa.

Chris Meeks celebrated his 150th win with Rensselaer Central's 42-14 decision over Champaign Central (Ill.).

Franklin saw a 10-game losing streak come to an end with a 52-14 win over Mooresville.

Bloomington North ended a 10-game Conference Indiana losing streak with 34-24 win over Perry Meridian.

Despite suffering from a severe ankle injury, Dawson Dahnke still managed to score a five-yard touchdown to tie the school record with 284 career points for Harrison (West Lafayette) in a 41-0 blanking of Muncie Central.


The following coaches earned their first victory at their new school.

Chris Coll – Franklin (52-14 over Mooresville).

Nick Testa – Hammond Clark (28-21 over East Chicago Central).


Indianapolis Roncalli has a 21-game winning streak.


Clarksville has a 31-game losing streak.

Hammond Bishop Noll has lost 30 straight games.

Prairie Heights has 28 losses in a row.

Wood Memorial has suffered 24 straight losses.

South Bend Clay has suffered 18 losses in a row.

Anderson Prep Academy has dropped 14 straight contests.

Indianapolis Broad Ripple has a 13-game losing streak.

Frankfort and Fort Wayne North have suffered 12 losses in a row.

Crawfordsville and North White have lost 11 straight games.

Corydon Central, Mooresville, and Rockville have dropped 10 consecutive contests.

Fort Wayne South, Indianapolis Washington, North Daviess, and Whitko have lost nine games in a row.

Clinton Central, Edinburgh, Heritage, Huntington North, Madison-Grant, Perry Meridian., Rushville, South Newton, and West Central have suffered eight consecutive losses.


Columbus East has run off 74 consecutive Hoosier Hills Conference victories.

Penn has won 38 straight Northern Indiana Conference games.

East Central has won 33 straight Eastern Indiana Conference games.

New Palestine has won 30 Hoosier Heritage Conference contests.

Gibson Southern has won 20 consecutive Pocket Conference contests.

Pioneer has come out on top in 20 straight Hoosier North Conference games.

Woodlan has taken 17 consecutive Allen County Conference contests.

Fort Wayne Snider has captured 16 consecutive Summit Athletic Conference matchups.

New Haven has won 12 straight Northeast 8 Conference games.


Benton Central has lost 25 consecutive Hoosier Conference games.

Clarksville has suffered 22 straight Mid-Southern Conference losses.

Hammond Bishop Noll has dropped 21 straight Greater South Shore Conference games.

South Bend Clay has suffered 13 straight Northern Indiana Conference losses.

Chesterton has lost 11 Duneland Athletic Conference games in a row.

Prairie Heights has lost 11 consecutive Northeast Corner Conference contests.

Frankfort has dropped nine Sagamore Conference games in a row.
