COLLEGE:
Played in 23 games at UAB and Toledo and totaled 102 tackles (71 solo), 2.0 sacks, two interceptions, nine passes defensed and three forced fumbles. Also played one season at Reedley (CA) Junior College and had 44 tackles, three interceptions and two fumble recoveries.
In his only season with Toledo, he played in 11 games and had 48 tackles (34 solo), two interceptions, three passes defensed and three forced fumbles.
In 2014 with UAB, he appeared in 12 games (eight starts) and accumulated 54 tackles (37 solo), 4.0 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks and six passes defensed. His 54 tackles ranked second on the team.
In 2013 at Reedley (CA) College, he finished with 44 tackles, three interceptions and two fumble recoveries.
PERSONAL:
Attended Lake Wales (Fla.) High School and played under Rod Shafer.
Earned 5A all-state honorable mention honors as a quarterback his senior year.
