The Colts are scheduled for one primetime game in the 2025 regular season: A Monday Night Football matchup with the San Francisco 49ers in Week 16 at Lucas Oil Stadium. The game will kick off at 8:15 p.m. on Dec. 22. Tickets available here.

The Colts last played on Monday Night Football on Dec. 26, 2022 against the Los Angeles Chargers. That game against the Chargers was also the Colts' last scheduled primetime home game; the Colts' season finale against the Houston Texans in 2023 was flexed into a Saturday night primetime slot, but was listed as TBD on that year's initial schedule.

In 2024, the Colts played one primetime game – a Week 9 road game against the Minnesota Vikings, which was flexed into Sunday Night Football. The Colts' Week 11 game last year against the New York Jets was scheduled for Sunday Night Football but was flexed out of that primetime window.

The Colts' last matchup with the San Francisco 49ers – a 30-18 win in 2021 at Levi's Stadium – was also played in primetime, with that game on Sunday Night Football.

In team history, the Colts are 23-21 when playing on Monday Night Football.

Single game tickets are now available HERE for all home games at Lucas Oil Stadium! Don't miss out on marquee matchups against the 49ers, Broncos, Texans & more.
