Roster Move: Colts Sign OLB Arthur Miley To Practice Squad

The Indianapolis Colts today signed outside linebacker Arthur Miley to the practice squad.

Miley, 6-6, 270 pounds, participated in the Carolina Panthers' 2017 training camp before being waived on September 1. He also spent time with the Miami Dolphins during the 2017 offseason before being waived on August 7 and claimed by the Panthers the next day. As a rookie in 2015, Miley spent the entire season on Carolina's Injured Reserve List. He originally signed with the Panthers as an undrafted free agent on May 4, 2015.

Collegiately, Miley played in 47 games (36 starts) at Southern University from 2011-14 and compiled 172 tackles, 16.0 sacks, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and six passes defensed. As a senior in 2014, he started all 13 games and was named a First Team All-Southwestern Athletic Conference selection after tallying 59 tackles, 7.0 sacks and two passes defensed.
