Colts Rule Just One Player Out For Saturday's Game In Oakland

Intro: It’s a very healthy injury report for the Colts going into their trip to California. Who is in question to play in Week 16?

INDIANAPOLIS – The majority of the inactives for the Colts in Week 16 will be healthy scratches.

That's a good, and rare, thing on the injury front.

It will be a Friday afternoon flight for the Colts before they take on the Raiders at 4:05 p.m. EST on Saturday.

Here is a look at the final injury report with the Colts playing on Christmas Eve:

  • OUT: LB-Chris Carter (shoulder): The lone injury from Minnesota had Carter missing the entire week of work.
  • QUESTIONABLE: CB-Rashaan Melvin (knee): Melvin was a full participant in Friday's walk-through, a good sign for him playing this week.
  • QUESTIONABLE: OT-Joe Reitz (back): Like Melvin, Reitz was full-go on Friday. Reitz is looking to return to action for the first time in two weeks.

Here is Friday's injury report, which was a walk-through:

-DNP: ILB-Chris Carter (shoulder)

-FULL: S-Mike Adams (rest), CB-Vontae Davis (rest), OG-Denzelle Good (concussion), RB-Frank Gore (rest), QB-Andrew Luck (right shoulder & right thumb), OLB-Robert Mathis (rest), CB-Rashaan Melvin (knee), WR-Donte Moncrief (hamstring), OT-Joe Reitz (back), OLB-Erik Walden (rest)
