Indianapolis – The Indianapolis Colts have announced the following changes to its football operations staff.
Chris McGaha has been elevated to national scout with a focus on the West Coast. He is entering his 16th year with the Colts and was an area scout with a focus on the West Coast the last eight seasons (2017-24). From 2015-16, McGaha served as the team's National Football Scouting representative to the annual NFL Scouting Combine. He spent two seasons (2013-2014) as personnel assistant following one year (2012) as assistant to the general counsel and director of football administration. McGaha began his career as a marketing intern with the organization from 2010-2011. He graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor's degree in sport marketing and management. McGaha also graduated from law school at Indiana University in Indianapolis.
Kasia Omilian has been promoted to area scout with a focus on the West Coast. She is entering her seventh season with the Colts. Omilian served as NFS scout the last three seasons (2022-24). She became the first female to hold that role. Omilian previously served as scouting assistant (2021) and football operations intern (2020) where she assisted with team travel and coordinating player travel. She got her start with the Colts in 2019 as a football operations intern supporting the team's offseason program. Prior to Indianapolis, Omilian served as a football recruiting assistant for four seasons (2016-20) while attending the University of Washington. She also worked as a summer football operations intern for the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2017 and 2018. Omilian earned a bachelor's degree in business with a minor in law, societies and justice.
Gregory Liverpool III has been named area/pro scout. He is entering his fifth season with the Colts and most recently served as scouting assistant for the last two seasons (2023-24). Liverpool III worked as a training camp operations intern for the team in 2021 and 2022. He served as a football intern at Coastal Carolina for four seasons (2019-2022) and assisted with recruiting, player personnel and coaches film. Liverpool III majored in sports management at Coastal Carolina.
Tanner Chastain has been named NFS scout. He served as scouting assistant for the Colts the last two seasons (2023-24). Chastain previously worked in player personnel for one season (2022) at Auburn. He served as a scouting assistant with the Senior Bowl from 2019-2022. Chastain played linebacker for four seasons (2015-18) at West Alabama. He graduated from West Alabama with a bachelor's degree in sports management.
Skylar Hillmann has been hired as scouting assistant. She served as a recruiting operations intern (2022-25) while attending the University of Missouri. Hillmann assisted with the compliance of NCAA rules and policies when coordinating visits for prospective student-athletes. She previously served as a football student assistant (2023) at Iowa State, where she supported the on-campus recruiting staff in scheduling and coordinating visits for prospective student-athletes. At Missouri, Hillmann majored in parks, recreation, sport and tourism with an emphasis in sport management.
Joe Tsaiho has been hired as scouting assistant. He served as a college personnel assistant (2023-25) for the football team while attending the University of Florida. Tsaiho wrote player reports, coordinated meetings with visiting NFL scouts and hosted recruiting visits. He earned a dual degree from Florida, including a bachelor's in business administration and a bachelor's in sport management.
