INDIANAPOLIS —The Indianapolis Colts today signed guard William Poehls to a reserve/future contract.
Poehls, 6-8, 344 pounds, participated in the Jacksonville Jaguars' 2018 offseason program and training camp before being waived during final cuts on September 1. He spent the entire 2017 season on the Jaguars' active roster, but did not see game action. In 2016, Poehls spent time on the practice squads of the Buffalo Bills and Chicago Bears. He spent the entire 2014 and 2015 seasons on the Tennessee Titans practice squad. Poehls was originally signed by the Titans as an undrafted free agent on May 16, 2014.
