The NFL on Monday awarded teams 33 compensatory draft picks, with the Colts receiving two additional selections in the seventh round (Nos. 249 and 254 overall) of the 2026 NFL Draft.
Comp picks are determined by a formula based on salary, playing time and postseason honors that calculates the values of free agents gained or lost in the previous year's offseason. Last offseason, the Colts sigbed three qualifying free agents (safety Cam Bynum, quarterback Daniel Jones and cornerback Charvarius Ward Sr.) and lost five qualifying free agents (quarterback Joe Flacco, guard Will Fries, center Ryan Kelly, defensive end Dayo Odeyingbo and linebacker E.J. Speed).
The Colts now have seven total selections in the 2026 NFL Draft:
- Second round
- Third round
- Fourth round
- Fifth round
