The Colts ruled out six players ahead of their first divisional game of the 2026 season:

WR Ashton Dulin (ankle)
RB D.J. Giddens
DE George Gumbs Jr.
QB Riley Leonard (3rd QB)
WR Darius Slayton
G Dalton Tucker

The Colts signed Slayton Tuesday. Wide receiver Anthony Gould was signed to the 53-man roster Saturday and wide receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine was elevated from the practice squad.

Ashton Dulin will miss his second game of the season due to an ankle injury.
