INDIANAPOLIS — Andrew Luck on Sunday had a career-best performance — and broke some franchise records in the process.

Now, you can help him claim some accolades for his efforts.

The Indianapolis Colts quarterback is one of three nominees for the NFL's FedEx Air Player of the Week award. Fans can vote for Luck — as many times as possible — by clicking here.

Against the Houston Texans on Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium, Luck completed 40-of-62 passes for 464 yards and four touchdowns for a 108.5 passer rating.

His completions, passing attempts and passing yards figures were all single-game career-bests, while he also set a franchise record with his 62 pass attempts, tied a team record with 40 completions and his 464 yards ranked second in a game in Colts history. It marked the third time in his career that he exceeded 400 yards passing.

Luck became the 11th quarterback in NFL history to throw for at least 450 yards and four touchdowns without an interception in a single game.

In his 74th career game, Luck surpassed 20,000 career passing yards, tying Dan Marino for the second-fastest to reach that mark in NFL history. Luck also extended his streak to 27 consecutive games with at least one touchdown pass, the longest active streak in the NFL, which tied Peyton Manning for the second-longest in team history.

After missing the entire 2017 season as he recovered from offseason shoulder surgery, Luck is right back on track in 2018. The Stanford product has completed 125-of-186 passes for 1,126 yards with nine touchdowns to three interceptions. His 67.2 completion percentage, stretched out over an entire season, would blow his previous career best of 63.5 out of the water.

Luck has some stiff competition for this week's FedEx Air Player of the Week award. The other two nominees are Los Angeles Rams quarterback Jared Goff — who threw for 465 yards and five touchdowns against the Minnesota Vikings — and Chicago Bears quarterback Mitchell Trubisky, who had 354 yards passing and six touchdowns against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
