TOP PERFORMERS

Riley Neal accumulated over 500 yards of offense as Yorktown downed defending champion West Lafayette, 48-35, in a Class 3A Sectional 28 action. Neal was 16-of-25 passing for 240 yards and two touchdowns and ran 41 times for 272 yards and five scores. Nathan Phillips tallied 20 tackles for the Tigers (9-1). Travis Rolle carried the ball 37 times for 200 yards and four touchdowns, and Mikey Kidwell tossed for 105 yards for the Red Devils (7-3).

Markel Jones rambled 11 times for 238 yards and five touchdowns as top-ranked and defending state champion Columbus East set a new mark for points scored with an 82-13 win over South Dearborn (2-8). K.J. McCarter threw for 123 yards and three touchdown passes to Rhett Myers, and Sam Dwenger recorded 13 tackles for the Olympians (10-0).

Chris Perkins scampered for 184 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries, helping top-ranked Carmel to a 28-6 win over Noblesville in Class 6A Sectional 4 semifinal play. Shakir Paschall added 19 rushes for 115 yards and one score, and Isaac James chipped in 91 total yards and one score for the Greyhounds (10-0). Andrew Little connected on field goals of 24 and 26 yards, Austin Ginther recorded 16 tackles, and Nick Santos added 12 stops for the Millers (5-5).

Blaize Kelly was 18-of-28 passing for 282 yards and five touchdowns in Alexandria's 42-35 win over Eastern (Greentown) in Class 2A Sectional 36 action. Jonah Jerrils had six catches for 158 yards and two scores to go along with 12 tackles, and Anthony Thomas added two touchdown receptions for the Tigers (9-1). Austin Bates threw three touchdown passes, and Papee Byers rushed for 200 yards and two scores for the Comets (3-7).

Blake Dailey carried the football 28 times for 462 yards and six touchdowns in Mississinewa's 69-13 victory over Eastbrook (4-6) in Class 3A Sectional 28 play. Cory Markley added two scores on the ground for the Indians (7-3).

Sam Kiser was 10-of-12 passing for 175 yards and five touchdowns and ran for a sixth score, helping Pioneer to a 69-14 win over Tri-County in a Class 1A Sectional 42 contest. Keith Neis ran nine times for 202 yards and two scores, Payton Smith had five catches for 105 yards and two touchdowns, and Caleb Kindley had two receptions for scores for the Panthers (9-1). Blake Justice threw for 194 yards and one score for the Cavaliers (2-8).

Dorian Tate rushed for 259 yards and three touchdowns, lifting Ben Davis (8-2) past Indianapolis Pike, 49-38, in Class 6A Sectional 5 semifinal action. Aaron Jones scored three times for Pike (4-6).

Joe Spegal had 17 carries for 209 yards and five touchdowns, leading Delta to a 52-7 win over Northwestern (6-4) in a Class 3A Sectional 28 opener. Cade Jones completed 7-of-11 passes for 144 yards and one score for the Eagles (6-4).

Koby Pierce accounted for more than 350 yards of offense as Fountain Central avenged an earlier defeat with a 49-21 win over Attica in Class 1A Sectional 47 play. Pierce was 11-of-19 passing for 196 yards and two scores and ran 24 times for 171 yards and four touchdowns. Collin Strange rushed 32 times for 193 yards and one score, and Tyler Starkey came up with two interceptions for the Mustangs (8-2). Logan Harmeson tossed for 235 yards and two touchdowns, and Carson Davis had 10 catches for 114 yards and two scores and ran for a third tally for the Red Ramblers (8-2).

Stuart Glascow threw for 151 yards and two touchdowns, leading Whiting to a 21-13 win over Culver (2-8) in Class 1A Sectional 41 action. Ethan Young added 121 yards on the ground and one score, and Martin Petruf tallied five catches for 147 yards and two scores for the Oilers (10-0).

Maurice Campbell ran 34 times for 168 yards and two touchdowns, helping Fishers to a 21-0 blanking of rival Hamilton Southeastern (4-6) in Class 6A Sectional 4 play. Zach Eaton added 169 total yards and one score for the Tigers (7-3).

Luke Johnston was 25-of-36 through the air for 338 yards and three touchdowns as defending champion Southport downed rival Perry Meridian, 31-21, in a Class 6A Sectional 7 semifinal contest. Cardell Tucker tallied 11 catches for 111 yards and one score, and Demari Davis added seven receptions for 119 yards and one score for the Cardinals (8-2). Tristen Tonte accounted for 219 total yards and two touchdown passes to Ben Fleet for the Falcons (2-8).

Emery Turner and Dominic Raffin had two interceptions apiece as Chesterton came up with seven takeaways in a 17-7 win over Valparaiso in Class 6A Sectional 2 semifinal play. Ranbar Singh added an interception return for a touchdown for the Trojans (6-4). Bryce Crook had 22 carries for 107 yards and one score for the Vikings (2-8).

Jordan Branz carried the ball 13 times for 219 yards and four touchdowns, helping South Vermillion to a 40-14 win against Cascade (1-9) in Class 2A Sectional 37 play. Branz also completed all five of his passes for 120 yards, and Daniel Shew recorded 1110 yards of offense with a scoring run and catch for the Wildcats (4-6).

Max Norris found the end zone three times as defending champion Center Grove (7-3) cruised to a 56-6 win over New Albany in a Class 6A Sectional 8 contest. Zach Donan racked up 115 yards of offense and a touchdown pass for New Albany (1-9).

Ethan Jones' two-point conversion run with 1:09 left lifted Hamilton Heights to a 28-27 win over previously unbeaten Indian Creek in Class 3A Sectional 30 action. Jones threw for 232 yards and one touchdown and also ran for a score. Grant Weatherford had eight receptions for 138 yards and one score, and Jesse Kerfoot added two touchdown runs for the Huskies (8-2). Dokken Egenolf rushed 28 times for 224 yards and four touchdowns, Gyson Robley passed for 120 yards, and Brandon Stewart racked up 10 tackles for the Braves (9-1).

Alex Neligh recorded over 300 yards of offense in New Palestine's 61-7 thrashing of Muncie Central (4-6) in Class 4A Sectional 21 play. Neligh had eight rushes for 110 yards and one score and completed 8-of-13 passes for 207 yards and two touchdowns to Noah Grable. James Young ran 20 times for 120 yards and two scores, and Sterling Curran added two scores on the ground for the Dragons (10-0).

Nate Fries found his way into the end zone twice as Indianapolis Roncalli (5-5) blanked Indianapolis Northwest (0-10), 42-0, in Class 4A Sectional 22 action.

Max Bortenschlager was 6-of-8 passing for 147 yards and two touchdown in defending state champion Indianapolis Cathedral's 49-13 victory over Richmond in the Class 5A Sectional 13 opener. Caleb Cross ran six times for 161 yards and three scores, and Evan Christopher added three receptions for 117 yards and one score along with a scoring run for the Irish (4-5). Josh Thalls threw for 257 yards and two touchdowns to Auntonio Brown for the Red Devils (5-5).

Jack Barron rambled 23 times for 183 yards and four touchdowns, guiding Plymouth to a 46-24 victory against South Bend Washington in Class 4A Sectional 18 action. Cam Eveland came up with a scoring run and two interceptions, and Taylor Fulton tallied 103 total yards and one score for the Rockies (10-0). Tyler White tossed for 213 yards and two touchdowns, Antwon Ivery added nine catches for 123 yards and two scores, and John-Michael Hankerson racked up 13 tackles for the Panthers (3-7).

Nolan Brimbury and Peyton Sturgill both went over the 100-yard rushing mark in Peru's 28-20 upset of Maconaquah (6-4) in Class 3A Sectional 26 play. Brimbury had 16 rushes for 162 yards and one score, and Sturgill added 15 carries for 145 yards and two scores for the Bengal Tigers (4-6).

 D.J. Wilkins tossed for 265 yards and two touchdowns, helping Merrillville post a 45-42 win over Crown Point in Class 6A Sectional 1 semifinal action. Isaiah Thornton scampered 21 times for 168 yards and four touchdowns, Terrance Grayson caught eight passes for 125 yards and one score, and James Kirkten tallied seven receptions for 117 yards and one touchdown for the Pirates (5-5). Artie Equihua threw for 174 yards and two touchdowns and ran for 123 yards for the Bulldogs (8-2). Troy Grady added 140 yards on the ground and two scores, and Luke Polus chipped in two touchdowns for Crown Point.

Ike James had 11 rushes for 179 yards and three touchdowns in Lowell's 48-7 thrashing of Griffith (1-9) in Class 4A Sectional 17 play. Zach Bobos passed for a score and returned an interception for another tally for the Red Devils (6-4).

Nick Sellers completed 15-of-18 passes for 237 yards and three touchdowns and ran for 84 yards and another score, helping defending champion Gibson Southern cruise to a 50-17 win over Evansville Memorial in Class 3A Sectional 32 action. John Kissel ran 21 times for 115 yards and two touchdowns, and Griffin Scheller caught seven passes for 110 yards and one score for the Titans (9-1). Will Durchholz tallied 121 total yards and a touchdown pass, while Jackson Jones and Austin Guerrettaz racked up 12 tackles apiece for the Tigers (4-6).

Dylan Foster ran 19 times for 177 yards and two touchdowns, lifting Plainfield (3-7) to a 31-8 win over Danville in a Class 4A Sectional 22 opener. Christian Schabel tossed for 150 yards for Danville (4-6).

Luke Patton accumulated 178 yards of offense, good for two touchdown runs and a pass, in East Central's 41-26 win over Greenwood in Class 4A Sectional 23 play. Andrew Keilholz ran for two scores for the Trojans (7-3). Tanner Skeel tallied 165 total yards and one score for the Woodmen (4-6).

Jake Hendershot recorded 171 total yards with two touchdown passes and two scoring runs as Tri-West rolled to a 58-7 win over West Vigo (2-8) in Class 3A Sectional 29 action. Wes Cook ran seven times for 104 yards and three scores, and Judd Grubbs added two scores, including a 58-yard punt return, for the Bruins (9-1).

Andre Guy scored three touchdowns and Tommy Waites added two scores, leading defending state champion Cardinal Ritter to a 62-0 blanking of Indianapolis Washington (3-7) in Class 2A Sectional 37 play. Jeff Cmehil added 98 yards of offense with a scoring run and pass for the Raiders (6-4).

Jackson Heath was 15-of-18 passing for 205 yards and four touchdowns and also ran for a score in Heritage Christian's 44-0 shutout of Union County in Class 2A Sectional 38 action. Andrew Hunt had six catches for 131 yards and two scores and returned a punt 70 yards for another tally, and Drew Azbell caught two passes for scores for the Eagles (8-2). Bryce Fields recorded 132 yards of offense for the Patriots (3-7).

Trevor Ellis scored a pair of touchdowns, including an 85-yard kickoff return, as Monrovia edged Speedway, 22-20, in a Class 2A Sectional 37 contest. Garrison Lee chipped in 21 carries for 176 yards for the Bulldogs (8-2). Chris Valentine tossed for 126 yards for the Sparkplugs (3-7).

Chase Andries threw for 244 yards and two touchdowns and also ran for 41 yards and two scores, helping Beech Grove down Mount Vernon (Fortville) (6-4), 36-21, in Class 4A Sectional 21 action. Jamal Brumfield added nine catches for 123 yards and two scores, and Matt Baughman chipped in a touchdown catch, blocked punt, and interception for the Hornets (6-4).

Blake Becker and Adam Heatherly ran for two touchdowns apiece, leading defending champion Mishawaka (8-2) to a 45-15 win over South Bend Adams (5-5) in Class 5A Sectional 9 opening round play.

Matt Box was 10-of-19 through the air for 195 yards and four touchdowns as defending champion Bremen rolled to a 48-27 win against Prairie Heights in Class 2A Sectional 34 action. Ryan Topper, Brett Louderback, and Beau Beeson scored two touchdowns each, and Rom DePalma ran for 102 yards for the Lions (5-5). Jacob Heller threw for three touchdowns and ran for a fourth score, and Zander Shearer had two scoring receptions for the Panthers (1-9).

Camden Bohn ran for three touchdowns as Penn (10-0) cruised to a 43-7 win over Portage (1-9) in Class 6A Sectional 2 semifinal play.

Evan Deig was 9-of-11 through the air for 273 yards and four touchdowns, helping Evansville Reitz post a 59-35 win over Seymour in a Class 4A Sectional 24 contest. Malik Higgins accumulated 182 yards with two scoring receptions and a touchdown run, and Kerrion Ringo added two scoring catches for the Panthers (9-1). Alan Perry tallied 122 yards of offense, good for a touchdown pass and run, Jackson Morris added a scoring run and catch, and Jackson Bryant recorded 10 tackles for the Owls (2-8).

Jack Matthews' block of Matt Plesac's 51-yard field goal attempt in the closing seconds preserved South Bend St. Joseph's 27-24 win over Hobart in Class 4A Sectional 18 action. Oliver Page ran for two touchdowns and passed for a third score for the Indians (7-2). John Zanolla tossed for 157 yards and one score to Monte White, who had six catches for 148 yards, for the Brickies (3-7).

Andrew Risner rambled for 149 yards and four touchdowns as top-ranked Winamac blanked West Central (6-4), 64-0, in Class 1A Sectional 41 opening round play.  Parker Fox added 106 yards on the ground and two scores for the Warriors (10-0), who rolled up 435 yards rushing.

Ricky Entzian scored a pair of touchdowns, including a 75-yard kickoff return right before halftime, to lift Mishawaka Marian to a 35-14 win against John Glenn in a Class 3A Sectional 25 contest. Jacob Whitfield added 109 yards rushing and two scores, and Devin Cannady accounted for 148 yards and two scores for the Knights (8-2). Daniel Wallace tossed for 132 yards and one score, and Jake Strong added six catches for 117 yards for the Falcons (7-3).

Cam Ridenour passed and ran for touchdowns as Northridge blanked defending champion Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger, 21-0, in Class 4A Sectional 19 play. Payton Carson added three interceptions for the Raiders (8-2), who held Bishop Dwenger (4-6) to 29 yards rushing.

Nik Olson scampered for 240 yards and three touchdowns, helping defending champion Jimtown to a 42-6 win against Fairfield (4-6) in Class 3A Sectional 26 action. Kenny Kerrn tallied two scores for the Jimmies (7-3).

Tyler Weller proved to be a force on both sides of the field with 111 yards rushing and three touchdowns to go along with four interceptions as defending champion New Prairie raced past South Bend Clay (2-8), 50-7, in a Class 4A Sectional 18 contest. Drake Dierdorf chipped in 108 yards on the ground and two scores for the Cougars (9-1).

Bailey Gessinger rushed for two touchdowns and caught a pass for a third tally, leading NorthWood to a 48-6 win over Angola (3-7) in Class 4A Sectional 19 play. Trey Bilinski was 14-of-17 through the air for 182 yards and one score, Dominic Miranda ran for a pair of touchdowns, and Tanner Cleveland intercepted three passes for the Panthers (6-4).

Michael Kistler's four-yard touchdown pass from John Hunting with six seconds left lifted Rochester to a 31-24 win over Twin Lakes in a Class 3A Sectional 26 contest. Kistler also tossed a touchdown pass, Jay Heckathorn threw and caught a pass for scores, and Jacob Howdeshell ran for 179 yards and a touchdown for the Zebras (9-1). Blake Bennington tallied two scores on the ground for the Indians (6-4).

Bryit Sumner rambled 22 times for 273 yards and three touchdowns, leading Garrett to a 40-7 thrashing of Lakeland (2-8) in Class 3A Sectional 27 action. Bo Davis tallied two scores, and Tanner Burns was 5-of-8 passing for 126 yards and one touchdown as the Railroaders (7-3) tallied over 500 yards of offense.

Jesse Brownfield was 19-of-25 for228 yards and two touchdowns and also ran for a third score, guiding Culver Academy (4-6) to a 27-26 win over Tippecanoe Valley in a Class 3A Sectional 26 affair.  Alec Craig passed for two scores and rushed for a third tally for Valley (1-9).

Ethan Kertai ran for two touchdowns in LaVille's 41-0 shutout of Lake Station (4-6) in Class 1A Sectional 41 play. Mason Leed booted five extra-points and returned an interception 54 yards for a score for the Lancers (7-3).

Ben VonGunten booted field goals of 35 and 31 yards  as Leo (8-2) slipped past Wawasee, 20-16, in Class 4A Sectional 20 action. Gage Reinhard tossed for 158 yards and two scores for Wawasee (6-4).

Austin Conrad accumulated 278 all-purpose yards, leading Heritage to a 41-34 win at West Nobel in Class 3A Sectional 27 play. Branson Dossen threw for 194 yards and one score and ran for another tally, and Justyn Hart rushed for 169 yards and two touchdowns for the Patriots (7-3). Bradley martin recorded 198 total yards, good for two touchdowns, Waylon Richardson tossed for 176 yards and one score, and Levin Nelson scampered for 107 yards and three scores for the Chargers (6-4).

Aiden Smith tossed for 211 yards and one touchdown and ran for another tally, guiding defending champion Carroll (Fort Wayne) to a 40-3 win at Warsaw (5-5) in Class 6A Sectional 3 action. Alex Anzeveno ran for 145 yards and one score for the Chargers (10-0).

Jackson Anthrop rolled up 146 yards of offense and six touchdowns in Lafayette Central Catholic's 72-6 win over Taylor. Anthrop had three of his scores come over a span of 30 seconds for the Knights (7-3). Dontae Campbell had a 90-yard kickoff return for a touchdown for the Titans (0-10).

Tyrell Johnson ran for two touchdowns and Noah Wezensky added two scores through the air as Fort Wayne Bishop Luers downed defending champion Fort Wayne Concordia, 40-26, in Class 3A Sectional 27 play. Jeremiah gaston rushed for 110 yards and Michael Sturm recorded 11 tackles for the Knights (8-2). Daniel Sparks completed 21-of-35 passes for 245 yards and two touchdowns and ran for a third tally for the Cadets (4-6).

Logan Ormsby was 13-of-20 through the air for 253 yards and three touchdowns, leading Homestead to a 56-21 win over Fort Wayne Northrop in a Class 6A Sectional 3 semifinal contest. Ben Skowronek had five catches for 111 yards and two scores, and Landon Durnell ran for 86 yards and three touchdowns for the Spartans (8-2). Garrett Schoenle tossed for 114 yards for the Bruins (2-8).

Mason Shinaberry threw for 126 yards and one score, helping Bellmont claim a 24-20 win over Whitko in Class 3A Sectional 27 action. Josh Brune rushed for 109 yards and one score for the Braves (6-4). Garrett Elder rambled for 148 yards and two scores, and Tanner Hughes added 129 yards on the ground and one tally for the Wildcats (6-4).

Tremon Jackson tallied 126 yards of offense with four touchdowns in New Haven's 38-14 win against Logansport in Class 4A Sectional play. Keshawn Moore was 10-of-14 passing for 145 yards and one score to Jackson for the Bulldogs (7-3). Ryan Schrock passed for 144 yards and one touchdown for the Berries (2-8).

Shawn Kitzmiller rambled for 138 yards and two touchdowns, leading Woodlan to a 42-14 win over Churubusco in Class 2A Sectional 34 action. Tre'Von McCarter and Mitchell VanBrocklin added two scores apiece, and Blake Acosta and Jordan Delagrange each recorded 10 tackles for the Warriors (7-3). Landon harris ran for 118 yards and one score, Drew Buffenbarger threw and rushed for scores, and Lyle McParlan and Beau Barley tallied 17 tackles apiece for the Eagles (6-4Z).

Trevor Bolt rolled up 164 yards of offense, good for two touchdown passes and two scoring runs, as Columbia City blanked Fort Wayne South, 39-0, in Class 4A Sectional 20 play. Braden Myer ran for 150 yards for the Eagles (4-6). Dennis Johnson tallied 142 total yards for the Archers (2-8).

P.J. Dean scampered for 204 yards and three touchdowns, helping Eastside to a 41-7 win over Central Noble (3-7) in Class 2A Sectional 34 action. Conner Dove chipped in 171 total yards with scoring pass and run for the Blazers (9-1).

Piercen Harnish recorded 259 yards of offense with two scoring runs and a touchdown pass as Norwell cruised to a 35-14 win against Frankfort (2-8) in a Class 4A Sectional 20 contest. Adam Nahrwold added a touchdown run and catch for the Knights (4-6).

Trea Jojola's five–yard touchdown run was the difference as Bluffton held on for a 46-30 win over Madison-Grant in a Class 2A Sectional 36 opener. Jacob Wenger tossed for 165 yards and ran for 80 yards and on score for the Tigers (3-7). Luke Stroup carried the ball 23 times for 211 yards and four touchdowns, and Cam Myers added 11 rushes for 165 yards and two scores for the Argylls (5-5).

Derek Wanner ran for 114 yards and booted the game-winning 32-yard field goal as time expired, helping South Adams (4-6) to a 9-6 win over Adams Central (4-6) in a Class 1A Sectional 43 contest.

Tevin Armstrong was 5-of-7 through the air for 132 yards and two touchdowns, leading Hammond Morton a 42-0 shutout over Hammond Gavit (2-8) in Class 4A Sectional 17 action. Mark Snorton rushed for 121 yards and three touchdowns, and Jarrett Dickey had 125 yards receiving and two scores for the Governors (9-1).

Ethan Darter tossed for 191 yards and four touchdowns in Lake Central's 41-6 win over Lafayette Jeff (1-9) in a Class 6A Sectional 1 semifinal contest. Antwon Jones added nine receptions for 125 yards and three scores for the Indians (9-1).

Jake Paliga completed all four of his passes for 65 yards with one touchdown and one scoring run in top-ranked and defending state champion Andrean's 61-7 win over Hammond (6-4) in Class 3A Sectional 25 action. Trevor Berg added two scores on the ground for the 59ers (10-0).

Barrie Wesby scored a pair of touchdowns, including a 10-yard scamper in the second overtime, leading Gary West (2-8) to an 18-12 win over defending champion East Chicago Central in Class 4A Sectional 17 play. Kayon Welch paced East Chicago (3-7) with a scoring pass and run.

Brandon Peters was 14-of-20 for 181 yards and four touchdowns in Avon's 41-10 victory over Brownsburg (3-7) in Class 6A Sectional 5 semifinal action. Derric Tennant carried the ball 24 times for 235 yards and two scores, and Andrrw Griffin caught seven passes for 132 yards and three touchdowns for the Orioles (8-2).

Montrell Wilson ran 12 times for 119 yards and four touchdowns, lifting Lawrence Central to a 49-0 blanking of Lawrence North (1-9) in a Class 6A Sectional 6 contest. Brian Haas completed 13-of-18 passes for 175 yards and one score, and Darren Kirkland recorded 10 tackles for the Bears (4-6).

Mitchell Burton rambled 31 times for 247 yards and three touchdowns, helping Columbus North post a 30-20 win over Jeffersonville (8-2) in Class 6A Sectional 8 action. Triston Perry tossed for 183 yards and one score, and Brice McDaniel racked up 12 tackles for the Bulldogs (5-5).

Sean McQuillan, Charles Gerstner, and Hunter Rycerz all had over 100 yards of offense, leading Highland to a 47-16 win over Hammond Clark in a Class 4A Sectional 17 contest. McQuillan had 15 carries for 107 yards and three touchdowns, Gerstner ran 16 times for 143 yards and one score, and Rycerz added 130 total yards and two touchdowns for the Trojans (6-4). Rodney Baggett ran for two scores for the Pioneers (4-6).

Dylan Wright completed 5-of-6 passes for 134 yards and one score, lifting Rensselaer Central to a 67-6 win over Hammond Bishop Noll (1-9) in a Class 2A Sectional 23 opener. Austin Grist ran 11 times for 1110 yards and two scores, and Rylan Arihood added 13 rushes for 106 yards and two touchdowns for the Bombers (10-0).

Quinton Harris rushed for three touchdowns, threw a pass for a score, and returned a punt 31 yards for another tally, leading Calumet (8-2) to a 41-6 win against Gary Roosevelt (1-8) in Class 3A Sectional 25 play.

Joe Partin and Riley Fisher scored three touchdowns apiece, helping Kankakee Valley cruise to a 61-14 win over South Bend Riley (1-9) in a Class 4A Sectional 18 contest. Johnny Williams added seven carries for 106 yards and one score for the Kougars (6-4).

Jake Wilburn ran 20 times for 125 yards and one score, lifting Lewis Cass to a 35-26 victory over defending state runner-up Tipton in Class 2A Sectional 35 play. Own Ohman ran for two scores, and Leland Bowling caught a pass and ran for scores for the Kings (9-1). Kellen Woods threw for 184 yards and a touchdown and ran for a score, Brody Dell ran for 105 yards and two scores, and Lane Williams recorded 15 tackles for the Blue Devils (3-7).

Harold Wolfe was 17-of-23 passing for 182 yards and two scores in East Noble's 48-22 win over DeKalb (3-7) in Class 4A Sectional 20 action. Dillon Fuller ran 14 times for 159 yards and two scores and caught a pass for another tally, and Dylan Jordan racked up 11 tackles for the Knights (7-3).

Chase Cochran had 23 carries for 102 yards and two touchdowns as Pendleton Heights edged Greenfield-Central (4-6), 21-20, in a Class 4A Sectional 21 opener. Ashton Wilson chipped in 10 tackles and a 93-yard kickoff return for the Arabians (4-6).

Julian Weidner recorded 198 yards of offense, good for four touchdowns, as Evansville Mater Dei cruised to a 48-6 win over Forest Park (1-9) in Class 2A Sectional 40 play. Drayke Richart added two scores on the ground for the Wildcats (10-0).

Tias Stewart ran nine times for 155 yards and two touchdowns, lifting Evansville Central (4-5) to a 42-0 blanking of Evansville Harrison (3-7) in Class 4A Sectional 24 action.

Justin King ran 16 times for 119 yards and three touchdowns, leading Southridge (7-3) to a 28-27 win over Sullivan in a Class 2A Sectional 40 contest. Trevor Magill carried the ball 27 times for 160 yards and three scores and caught a pass for another tally for Sullivan (5-5).

Jake Russell scampered 39 times for 162 yards and four touchdowns, helping North White to a 45-0 shutout over Frontier (2-8) in Class 1A Sectional 42 play. It was the 200th career win for North White coach Jim Davis. Luke Diener threw a pass for a score and ran for another tally, Dustin Hardebeck added 10 tackles, and Gaitlin Phillips recovered a pair of fumbles for the Vikings (6-4).

Nate Bye threw for 152 yards and two touchdowns to Riggs Baxter, including the game-winning 22-yard strike, as Western Boone edged North Montgomery, 27-26, in a Class 3A Sectional 29 thriller. Zach Martin had 11 carries for 111 yards and two scores, and Logan Marsh racked up 11 tackles for the Stars (7-3). Baylee Adams completed 17-of-28 passes for 287 yards and two touchdowns and also ran for two scores for the Chargers (6-4).

Kolton Tucker passed for two scores and ran for a third tally, helping Benton Central to a 21-15 win over North Putnam (4-6) in Class 2A Sectional 35 play. Skyler Tucker came up with a pair of interceptions for the Bison (2-8).

Will Collins ran five times for 161 yards and three touchdowns, guiding Marion to a 38-20 win over Jay County in Class 4A Sectional 20 action. Lorenzo Trevino added two scores, including a 67-yard interception return, for the Giants (1-9). Joey Link threw for 181 yards and two touchdowns, and Mario Rodriguez tallied 11 tackles for the Patriots (2-8).

Evan Wood accumulated 243 total yards and two touchdowns in Owen Valley's 28-21 win over Boonville in Class 4A Sectional 24 play. Larimie DeFord ran for two touchdowns, and Brandt White recorded 11 tackles for the Patriots (8-2). Lane Kirkland had 184 yards of offense with a touchdown pass and run, and Payton Marksbury racked up 21 tackles for the Pioneers (3-7).

Cameron Dessing rambled 17 times for 203 yards and two touchdowns, helping Western to a 38-0 shutout of Blackford (3-7) in Class 3A Sectional 28 action. Kyler Vail added two scores on the ground and a touchdown reception for the Panthers (3-7).

Nolan Ahrens was 14-of-20 through the air for 165 yards and two touchdowns, lifting Jasper to a 46-26 win over Silver Creek in Class 4A Sectional 24 play. Ben Moore carried the ball 19 times for 116 yards and two scores for the Wildcats (9-1). Jake Meadors threw for 217 yards and two touchdowns, Cameron Cook had 12 catches for 194 yards and two scores to go along with 12 tackles and a fumble recovery for a score, and Caleb Best recorded 13 tackles for the Dragons (4-5).

Weston Windell tossed for 128 yards and four touchdowns, leading Delphi to a 34-21 win over Southmont (3-7) in Class 2A Sectional 35 action. Tyler Ross had three scoring receptions, Austin Durham added seven catches for 120 yards and one score, and Dylan Hart tallied 10 tackles for the Oracles (5-5).

Darrion Noel carried the ball three times for 120 yards and two touchdowns, lifting Evansville Bosse to a 41-20 win against Pike Central in Class 3A Sectional 32 play. Romano Wrighht ran for two scores, and Raymond Garnett added 19 stops for the Bulldogs (2-8). Jaylon Owens rushed 28 times for 161 yards and three touchdowns for the Chargers (1-9).

John Lux was 10-of-12 passing for 258 yards and three touchdowns and also ran for two scores in Shelbyville's 48-27 win over Connersville in a Class 4A Sectional 23 contest. DeShaun French had 15 rushes for 153 yards, Damon Lux caught four passes for 155 yards and one score and also ran for a score, and Jarett Posz hauled in two touchdown receptions for the Golden Bears (5-5). Tyler Kendall passed for 162 yards and three touchdowns, and Micah Kelley added six catches for 106 yards and two scores for the Spartans (4-6).  

Tucker Stewart rolled up over 200 yards of offense as Northview downed Mooresville, 28-19, in Class 4A Sectional 22 action. Stewart passed for 128 yards and one touchdown and ran for 114 yards and three scores. Liam Jones came up with two interceptions for the Knights (8-2).  Alex Fabert tossed for 246 yards and two scores and ran for 99 yards and one tally for the Pioneers (4-6).

Kiante Ellis carried the football 26 times for 270 yards and five touchdowns and returned a kickoff 81 yards for another tally, lifting Winchester to a 48-34 win over Knightstown in Class 2A Sectional 38 play. Elias Gates recorded 14 tackles for the Golden Falcons (9-1). Tyler Burton threw for 245 yards and three touchdowns, Riley Ruble had 15 carries for 121 yards and one score and caught a pass for another touchdown, and Tyler Richardson racked up 12 tackles for the Panthers (4-6).

Kyle Tucker ran 27 times for 143 yards and one score, leading Madison to a 16-14 win over Franklin County (5-5) in Class 4A Sectional 23 action. Hunter Sego added a score on the ground and a 26-yard field goal for the Cubs (6-4).

Luke Fougerousse racked up 193 yards with three touchdown passes and one on the ground, helping Providence to a 46-28 win over Clarksville in a Class 2A Sectional 39 contest. Matt Bell had 120 yards on the ground and one score, and Donald Gettlefinger had two catches for scores for the Pioneers (7-3). Wyatt Kissel tossed for 223 yards and two scores and ran for a third touchdown, Andrew Wright caught two passes for scores and threw a pass for another tally, Nate Knight ran for 109 yards for the Generals (3-7).
