Latu will wear No. 97, while Mitchell will wear No. 10 for the Colts. Both players intentionally chose their numbers to use as motivation. 

First-round pick Laiatu Latu will wear No. 97. 

The Colts have drafted a receiver in the first three rounds of the NFL Draft in each of Wayne's three years as the team's wide receivers coach. 

The Colts didn't select a cornerback until the fifth round of the 2024 NFL Draft, and didn't add anyone to that group in free agency. 

Downs caught 68 passes for 771 yards with two touchdowns as a rookie in 2023. 

Gould was an All-American punt returner at Oregon State in 2022, a year in which he took two punts back for touchdowns. 

During his final season at Texas, Mitchell caught 55 passes – 11 of which were touchdowns. 

Latu had 23.5 sacks over his final two seasons at UCLA, and brings a well-developed arsenal of pass rushing moves to the Colts.
