The Indianapolis Colts will host the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thanksgiving Day in Week 12. The game time is set for 8:30 p.m. EST at Lucas Oil Stadium.
The contest will mark the 23rd all-time meeting between the teams in the regular season, with the Steelers holding a 16-6 advantage. Indianapolis fell to Pittsburgh, 45-10, in their last matchup on Dec. 6, 2015.
Last week, the Colts hosted and defeated the Tennessee Titans, 24-17.
Indianapolis got off to a fast start and scored a touchdown on each of their first three possessions of the game for the first time since Dec. 17, 2009. Running back Robert Turbin scored the first touchdown of the game on a one-yard run and quarterback Andrew Luck (15-of-28 for 262 yards, two touchdowns and one interception) threw touchdown passes to wide receivers Donte Moncrief and T.Y. Hilton to claim a 21-7 lead at halftime.
Tennessee chipped away at the deficit and scored 17 unanswered points in the second half to cut the Colts lead to 21-17 early in the fourth quarter. Kicker Adam Vinatieri then connected on a 49-yard field goal to pad Indianapolis' lead to 24-17.
The Titans attempted a late comeback with 7:44 left in the game. Tennessee moved the ball 43 yards down to the Colts 19-yard line. On fourth-and-one, Indianapolis safety Clayton Geathers tackled Titans running back DeMarco Murray for no gain to prevent the first down and earn the Colts' 11th consecutive win over Tennessee.
