The Indianapolis Colts (2-1) will open their AFC South Division slate with a road contest against the Jacksonville Jaguars (0-3). Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. EDT on Sunday at EverBank Field.

The Colts are coming off a 27-7 win over the San Francisco 49ers in Week 3, their largest road victory since 2009. In the game, the Colts rushed for a season-high 179 yards and totaled three rushing touchdowns for the first time since December 14, 2008. Quarterback Andrew Luck and running backs Ahmad Bradshaw and Trent Richardson each found the end zone, with Richardson scoring on his first rushing attempt in a Colts uniform.

Defensively, outside linebacker Robert Mathis notched 1.5 sacks, bringing his season total to 4.5, which ranks tied for second in the NFL. Inside linebacker Jerrell Freeman recorded a sack for the second straight week to go along with a forced fumble. Cornerback Cassius Vaughn notched his first interception of the season when defensive end Cory Redding deflected a pass in the fourth quarter.

The Jaguars fell to the Seattle Seahawks in Week 3 by a score of 45-17 at CenturyLink Field. Wide receiver Cecil Shorts III finished the game with eight receptions for 143 yards and now ranks third in the AFC in receiving yards and tied for sixth in receptions. Running backs Maurice Jones-Drew and Jordan Todman each scored rushing touchdowns as well.
