COLTS ANNOUNCE ROSTER MOVE

Indianapolis has waived linebacker Chris Galippo. Galippo signed with the Colts earlier this year as an undrafted free agent.

INDIANAPOLIS – The Indianapolis Colts today waived inside linebacker Chris Galippo.

Galippo was signed by the Colts as an undrafted free agent on April 30, 2012 following his collegiate career at the University of Southern California. 

During his career at USC, Galippo compiled 166 tackles, 12.0 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks and six interceptions. In 2010, he was named an honorable mention All-Pac 10 selection while earning the team's Special Teams Player of the Year Award. In 2009, he was a semi-finalist for the Butkus Award and made the CollegeFootballNews.com Sophomore All-America first-team list.
