SWEET CAROLINA:The Carolina Panthers (9-3) have won a franchise-record eight consecutive games after starting the season 1-3 and are tied with the New Orleans Saints for the NFC South lead.

With a win against New Orleans on Sunday Night Football, Carolina can become the fifth team ever to win nine consecutive games after starting a season 1-3 or worse.

With 100 receiving yards on Sunday at Philadelphia, Johnson can become the first player in NFL history with at least eight 100-yard receiving games in three consecutive seasons.

Last season, Johnson's 11 100-yard receiving games matched Pro Football Hall of Famer MICHAEL IRVIN's NFL record set in 1995. In 2011, Johnson totaled eight games with at least 100 receiving yards.
