Colts, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Launch 2009 "Anthem Angels"

INDIANAPOLIS – For a second year, the Indianapolis Colts have teamed up with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield to pay tribute to Hoosiers who may have received little or no recognition for the strides they have made to help others. "Anthem Angels…Honoring Everyday Heroes" will kick off during the first home game of the regular season, September 13, recognizing its first "angel" of the 2009-2010 season at Lucas Oil Stadium**

Help us to honor individuals who have made an outstanding contribution, above the call-of-duty, in human service-related professions, from police officers, firefighters, and emergency medical technicians to educators and social workers by nominating them for "Anthem Angels."

One "Anthem Angel" will be selected prior to each Colts regular season home game. Each "Anthem Angel" will receive four (4) VIP Club Seat Tickets to the game, a gameday parking pass, a featured story with his or her photo on www.colts.com and in the Colts gameday magazine (the Scout), and on-field recognition at the game.

Once we have received and reviewed nominations, only winning nominees will be contacted. Winning nominees will be notified no later than the Wednesday prior to the home game that week.

For more information or if you would like to nominate someone you know, please visit www.colts.com/anthemangels to download the nomination form and share your story with us about your hero!
