INDIANAPOLIS – The Indianapolis Colts and Indianapolis Fire Department are joining forces to help combat neuromuscular diseases by raising funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) through the "Fill the Boot" campaign. This Thursday, August 20, the Indianapolis Colts take on the Philadelphia Eagles in their second pre-season game of the year, and the Colts Gameday Collection will feature IFD firefighters attempting to fill their boots with monetary donations to benefit the MDA.

The Muscular Dystrophy Association helps fight all forms of neuromuscular disease through research programs, comprehensive community services and public health education.

Firefighters will be stationed outside each gate at Lucas Oil Stadium and are available beginning when gates open at 6:00 p.m. until kick-off at 8:00 p.m. For more information about the Muscular Dystrophy Association, visit their website at www.mda.org.
