The Indianapolis Colts partnered with CENTURY 21 Scheetz and Dayspring Center to host a cash collection. All donations will go to help Dayspring Center provide emergency shelter, clothing and three nourishing meals-a-day for homeless families with children in central Indiana.
INDIANAPOLIS – On Sunday, October 22, 2017, the Colts teamed up with CENTURY 21 Scheetz and Dayspring Center to host a "High Five, Give Five" cash collection prior to the Colts vs. Jaguars game. From 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., volunteers collected a total of $3,986, which will benefit Dayspring Center. Cash donations were collected at the Colts Community Collection Stations, presented by Toyota, located outside of each Lucas Oil Stadium gate.
On any given night, more than 3,700 children are homeless in Indianapolis. All proceeds from Sunday's collection will help Dayspring Center serve these children and their families by providing food, shelter and support services for them. The Colts Gameday Collections program will continue to run throughout the 2017 season with a different charitable collection held prior to each home game.
