Colts announce 7 inactive players for Week 5 game vs. Las Vegas Raiders

The Colts on Friday ruled out running back Tyler Goodson (groin), wide receiver Alec Pierce (concussion), cornerback Kenny Moore II (Achilles) and safety Daniel Scott (knee)

The Colts on Sunday announced seven inactive players for their Week 5 game against the Las Vegas Raiders at Lucas Oil Stadium:

  • WR Alec Pierce (concussion)
  • QB Riley Leonard (3rd quarterback)
  • CB Kenny Moore II (Achilles)
  • RB Tyler Goodson (groin)
  • LB Buddy Johnson
  • T Luke Tenuta
  • DT Eric Johnson II

The Colts ruled out Goodson, Pierce, Moore and Scott on Friday due to their injuries. Pierce practiced on Wednesday and Thursday but did not practice on Friday; Goodson, Moore and Scott did not participate in practice last week.

On Saturday the Colts made a series of roster moves, including placing Scott on injured reserve and signing cornerback Chris Lammons to the 53-man roster from the practice squad. The Colts also elevated running back Ameer Abdullah and cornerback Mike Hilton to the active roster from the practice squad.

Defensive end Tyquan Lewis, who was questionable to play with an oblique injury, is active for Week 5.
