This is Bailey's second season as a Colts Cheerleader, but she has been performing for most of her life. She has a background in theater, cheerleading, and varsity show choir. "I am always looking for a way to continue my dancing career, and I have always been a huge Colts fan, so I knew it was a match!" Growing up in Greenwood, IN, she developed a passion for the Colts at an early age and loves having her family and friends in the crowd cheering for her. "I think family is the most important thing in the world."
Before seeing Bailey on the sidelines at Lucas Oil Stadium, you may have watched her as a contestant on The Price is Right. Her childhood dream came true a few years ago when her dad surprised her with a trip to Los Angeles, complete with a visit to her favorite show. "I met Bob Barker and won four thousand dollars worth of prizes!"
Bailey spent four years at Indiana University studying elementary education where she was the head dancer and choreographer for her sorority. "Deciding to join the sorority brought me so many opportunities, including the chance to keep dancing." It was a choice that she believes has made an incredibly positive impact in her life. Currently, Bailey is student teaching for a fourth grade class and looks forward to receiving her teaching license this spring.
Being a "Sweetheart behind the Horseshoe" is something Bailey never takes for granted. She is at her best both on and off the field. "People in this community know that I represent their team, and I want to be a positive role model and a good example of what the rest of the squad is like." Bailey's favorite moment is before every game when the entire squad is lined up in the tunnel listening to the roaring anticipation of the crowd. "Cheering for this team will leave me with so many great memories and a never-ending passion for the Colts and the game of football."
