Biography

CAREER TRANSACTIONS:

Selected by the Colts in the seventh round (239th overall) of the 2022 NFL Draft.
First Yale player selected in the NFL Draft since 2018.

2024 SEASON (COLTS):

In 2024, he appeared in 17 games (one start) and compiled seven tackles (five solo).

2023 SEASON (COLTS):

In 2023, he played in all 17 games (15 starts) and tallied 34 tackles (30 solo), four passes defensed and two interceptions. In Week 7 vs. CLE, he totaled two tackles (one solo), two passes defensed and one interception. In Week 10 at NE, he tallied two solo tackles, one pass defensed and one interception.

2022 SEASON (COLTS):

He appeared in all 17 games (10 starts) in 2022 and recorded 50 tackles (33 solo), six passes defensed, a team-high four interceptions and two special teams tackles. Made his first career start in Week 4 vs. TEN. In Week 5 at DEN, he recorded five tackles (two solo), two passes defensed and his first career interception. He became the first Colts rookie to tally an interception since Julian Blackmon in Week 6 of 2020 vs. Cincinnati. In Week 16 vs. LAC, he tallied six tackles (five solo), two passes defensed and one interception. He became the first Colts rookie to tally two consecutive games with an interception since Malik Hooker (2017). In Week 18 vs. HOU, he compiled two solo tackles, one pass defensed and one interception. He finished with the most interceptions by a Colts rookie since Jason David in 2004 (four).

COLLEGE:

Appeared in 33 games at linebacker and defensive back in four seasons at Yale (2017-21) and compiled 134 tackles (95 solo), 8.0 tackles for loss, 1.0 sack, 21 passes defensed and six interceptions.
In 2021, he earned First Team All-Ivy League honors after he started 10 games (nine at defensive back and one at linebacker) and recorded 50 tackles (35 solo), 1.0 tackle for loss, 11 passes defensed and two interceptions. Also garnered All-New England team honors and finished third in the Ivy League in passes defensed and second on the team in total tackles.
The 2020 season was cancelled due to COVID-19.
In 2019, he garnered All-Ivy League Honorable Mention recognition after he started nine games at linebacker and tallied 39 tackles (26 solo), 7.0 tackles for loss, 1.0 sack, five passes defensed, two interceptions and one forced fumble.
Appeared in nine games at defensive back in 2018 and recorded 44 tackles (34 solo), five passes defensed, two interceptions and one fumble recovery (returned for a touchdown).
In 2017, he saw action in five games in a backup role at defensive back and registered one tackle

PERSONAL:

Attended Central Catholic High School in Pittsburgh.
Named First-Team All-Conference as a defensive back.
Selected to Western Pennsylvania Football Gold All-Academic Team in 2017.
Was a member of the 2016 district champion and state runner-up team as well as the 2015 state championship team.
Also competed in basketball and track and was captain of the track team.
A native of Pittsburgh, Pa.
