2024 SEASON (COLTS):

In 2024, he appeared in 15 games (two starts) and registered two receptions for 67 yards and one touchdown. He also tallied five carries for 45 yards. He contributed four kickoff returns for 148 yards (37.0 avg.) and 10 special teams tackles. In Week 1 vs. HOU, he recorded a 54-yard touchdown reception. In Week 11 at NYJ, he registered a single-game career-high three special teams stops and returned one kickoff for 43 yards.

In 2022, he appeared in 12 games (two starts) and recorded 15 receptions for 207 yards and one touchdown as well as two rushes for eight yards. In Week 2 at JAX, Dulin set single-game career highs in receptions (five) and receiving yards (79).

2021 SEASON (COLTS):

Named Second Team Associated Press All-Pro after he appeared in all 17 games (one start) in 2021 and tallied 13 receptions for 173 yards and two touchdowns, three carries for 32 yards, 17 special teams tackles and two fumble recoveries (one returned for a touchdown). He finished second in the NFL in special teams tackles. He also added eight kickoff returns for 206 yards. In Week 1 vs. SEA, he tied his single-game career-high in special teams tackles (two). In Week 2 vs. the LAR, he recovered a fumble recovery on a punt for his first-career touchdown. In Week 3 at TEN, he tied his single-game career-high in special teams tackles (two). In Week 4 at MIA, he recorded one reception for 17 yards, a special teams stop and one fumble recovery. In Week 12 vs. TB, he had a career-long 62-yard touchdown reception. It marked the first receiving touchdown of his career. In Week 15 vs. NE, he had two carries for 39 yards. He registered a 37-yard rush in the first quarter. It marked the longest rush by a Colts wide receiver in the Indianapolis era and the third-longest rush by a wide receiver in 2021.

2020 SEASON (COLTS):

In 2020, he played in 13 games and accumulated three receptions for 53 yards, two carries for 11 yards, six kickoff returns for 143 yards and seven special teams tackles. Appeared in one postseason contest but did not record any statistics.

2019 SEASON (COLTS):

Appeared in 13 games as a rookie in 2019 and had two receptions for 17 yards and seven special teams tackles. Also had three kickoff returns for 90 yards.

COLLEGE:

Appeared in 39 games and set the school record in career receptions (189), receiving yards (3,188) and all-purpose yards (5,455). Added 28 receiving touchdowns and contributed with 53 rushes for 387 yards and three touchdowns.
In 2018, he started 10 games and recorded team highs in receptions (61), receiving yards (984) and touchdowns (11). Also had 13 rushes for 120 yards and one touchdown. Led NCAA Division II with three kickoff return touchdowns. Was named the G-MAC Special Teams Player of the Year as well as G-MAC Offensive Back of the Year.
As a junior, he started 10 game and finished with 59 receptions for 1,050 yards and 10 touchdowns. Also added 14 rushing attempts for 137 yards and one touchdown.
Started nine games in 2016 and accumulated 50 receptions for 825 yards and four touchdowns.
As a freshman, he appeared in 10 games and had 19 receptions for 329 yards and three touchdowns. Added 21 rushes for 106 yards and one touchdown.

PERSONAL:

Attended Reynoldsburg (Ohio) High School.
He was one of just five Division II athletes invited to the 2019 NFL Combine.
Also participated in track at Malone, where he was a 2017 Division II First Team All-America choice in the outdoor 400-meter hurdles and a 2018 First Team All-America selection in the indoor 60-meter hurdles.
Named a two-time G-MAC Indoor and Outdoor Track Athlete of the Year.
Participated in the NFL's My Cause My Cleats initiative and represented the National Cancer Society (2020-21) and the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation (2019).
In 2020, he participated in a Colts' mobile pantry distribution event as part of the No One Runs on Empty program.
Volunteered at the Colts Youth Football Camp and the Pros vs. GI Joes event in 2019.
