Workout Wednesday: "Core Killer" Colts Cheer Challenge

Sean Bartram, official trainer for the Colts Cheerleaders, is back with another short but effective workout you can do in your own home.

INDIANAPOLIS --- Each Wednesday through May, Colts.com will feature short workout routines from Sean Bartram, Official Trainer of the Colts Cheerleaders, and his book.

It doesn't matter if you are a man or a woman, in great shape or just trying to lose a few pounds, these exercises will give you great tips straight from the NFL to burn calories in short time bursts to get stronger. And you don't need any equipment to do them. Always be sure to consult your doctor though before starting a workout program. Be sure to time yourself for this week's workout.

WORKOUT WEDNESDAY FOR MAY 13, 2015

"Core Killer"

V-Up for 30 seconds

Double Cross for 30 seconds

Sprinter Sit-Ups for 30 seconds

Plank Punch for 30 seconds

Rest for 30 seconds

Repeat for a total of 3 sets, for short but effective 7 ½ minute ab workout
