V-Up for 30 seconds
Double Cross for 30 seconds
Sprinter Sit-Ups for 30 seconds
Plank Punch for 30 seconds
Rest for 30 seconds
Repeat for a total of 3 sets, for short but effective 7 ½ minute ab workout
