Workout Wednesday: "Build The Monster" Cheer Challenge

The official trainer to the Colts Cheerleaders is back with his 6th in a series of 7 workout ideas for you at home.

INDIANAPOLIS --- Each Wednesday through May, will feature short workout routines from Sean Bartram, Official Trainer of the Colts Cheerleaders, and his book. It's time for the 6th in his series of 7 workouts.

It doesn't matter if you are a man or a woman, in great shape or just trying to lose a few pounds, these exercises will give you great tips straight from the NFL to burn calories in short time bursts to get stronger. And you don't need any equipment to do them. Always be sure to consult your doctor though before starting a workout program.


"Build The Monster"

Sprint: 30 seconds

Tuck Jump Burpee: 30 seconds

4 High Knees & 8 Floor Sprints: 30 seconds

Tiger Push-Ups: 30 seconds

Rest: 30 seconds

1 set for beginners, 2 sets for intermediate, 3 sets for advanced



Week 1 - "Leg Hell"

Week 3 - "Fierce Five"

Week 4 - "Core Killer"

Week 5 - "Dream Team"
