Ariest Vasquez rushed 23 times for 146 yards and two touchdowns, helping New Haven to a 41-35 win over Carroll (FW). Jordan Hogue added 140 all-purpose yards, including a 73-yard punt return for a touchdown, to go along with 10 tackles for the Bulldogs. Vance Shearer threw for 150 yards and a touchdown pass to Travis Crowe, who finished with four catches for 112 yards, for New Haven. Justin Tranquill tallied 259 all-purpose yards, including 146 yards on the ground and two scores, while his brother, Drue Tranquill, chipped in 121 yards rushing and two touchdowns for Carroll. Chandler Boggs chipped in 203 yards passing and one score for the Chargers.
Clay Brown was 13-of-22 for 211 yards and three touchdowns in Brownstown Central's 55-7 drubbing of Salem. It marked the 200th coaching victory for Braves' skipper Reed May. Justin Donnells ran for two scores, and John McKinney added a touchdown run and catch for the Braves.
Gabe Klingersmith ran 20 times for 265 yards and a school-best seven touchdowns, guiding Floyd Central to an 84-43 triumph over Seymour. Colton Kimm passed for 200 yards and two touchdowns, and Gabe Kennedy added two scores for the Highlanders, who rolled up 642 yards of offense in achieving a school-record 84 points. Austin Sutton passed for 315 yards and five touchdowns, and Zach Schlatterer caught 10 passes for 193 and four scores for the Owls.
New Albany's Tuwan Payton followed up last week's record-setting performance by running 20 times for 273 yards and five touchdowns in the Bulldog's 48-0 blanking of Bedford North Lawrence. In New Albany's 55-6 win over Jennings County, Payton established school records with 390 yards rushing and seven touchdowns.
Perry Meridian quarterback Conner Smith was 27-of-37 through the air for 381 yards and six touchdowns, leading the Falcons to a 43-35 win over Terre Haute South. JaQuan Keys caught 11 passes for 150 yards and two scores, and Daymeon Hamilton added nine receptions for 111 yards and two tallies for Perry Meridian. Tm Herrin threw for 247 yards and two touchdowns and also ran for 80 yards and one score for TH South. Logan Deady rushed 10 times for 151 yards, and Jacob Johnson caught two touchdown passes for the Braves.
Alex Sahakian's 46-yard field goal with 24 seconds left helped Fishers escape with a 26-25 win over Avon. Connor Christensen passed for 273 yards and one touchdown, and John Williams added five catches for 108 yards and one score for the Tigers. Brandon Peters tossed for 184 yards and three touchdowns, and Cress Kimbrough added four catches for 138 yards and one score for Avon. David Schall rushed 20 times for 155 yards, and Matt Moore chipped in a pair of scoring catches for the Orioles.
Tyler Carpenter accumulated for 125 yards rushing and two touchdowns on nine attempts, leading Penn to a 38-0 blanking of F.W. Snider. Zach Oakley added 108 yards and one score for the Kingsmen, who sent Snider to its worst defeat since 1967.
George Fields overcame a hamstring injury to run 14 times for 203 yards and two touchdowns in Lowell's 45-14 drubbing of Griffith. Tyler Hopkins added 143 yards rushing and two scores on 12 carries for the Red Devils, who tallied 419 yards rushing. Justin Green scored a pair of touchdowns, including a 95-yard kickoff return, for the Panthers.
Josh Holt had 141 yards on the ground and four touchdowns as Columbus North got into the win column for the first time with a 30-8 decision over Franklin Central. Robi Ford paced Franklin Central with 113 yards rushing.
Avery Banks accounted for 182 total yards, including 140 yards rushing and three touchdowns, in Chesterton's 35-20 win over LaPorte. Matt Otwinowski racked up 13.5 tackles for LaPorte.
Zach Hobson booted two field goals, including the game-winning 23 yarder with six seconds left, lifting Southwood to a 34-33 win over Tippecanoe Valley. Robbie Cole threw for 220 yards and two touchdowns for the Knights.
Ethan Nicodemus racked up 230 yards of offense and five touchdowns in Whitko's 46-24 win over Manchester. Nicodemus passed for 117 yards and three scores and ran 10 times for 113 yards and two more tallies. Tanner Hughes had 23 carries for 122 yards and two touchdowns, and Devin Gerding added six rushes for 107 yards and one score for Whitko. Garrett Elder chipped in two touchdown catches for the Wildcats. Lucas Schilling passed for 221 yards and one touchdown pass to Brodi Carter, who tallied five receptions for 132 yards for Manchester. Jacob Casper added 141 yards on the ground for the Squires.
Shaq Vann ran 27 times for 171 yards and three touchdowns, leading S.B. Adams to a 42-12 win over S.B. Washington. Quarterback Colin Glick added 90 yards on the ground and two scores for the Eagles. Sean Caplinger tossed for 288 yards and one touchdown, and Antwon Ivery hauled in seven passes for 119 yards for the Panthers.
Jamason Wright carried the football 38 times for 152 yards and two touchdowns as Lebanon improved to 4-0 for the first time in over 30 years with a 34-8 win over Southmont. Zach Richardson recorded 17 tackles, including 15 solos, for Southmont.
Jack Barron tallied 155 yards, including the game-winning 58-yard touchdown run in the third quarter, leading Plymouth to a 21-14 victory over previously unbeaten Northridge. Tanner Love passed for 169 yards and one score for Northridge.
Pierre Byrne scored both touchdowns as Culver Military Academy posted a 14-7 win over Lafayette Central Catholic to snap the Knights' 14-game winning streak. The Eagles ended LCC's 47-game streak in 2012. Ty Preston threw for 130 yards for the Knights.
Jacob Howdeshell accumulated 225 yards rushing and three touchdowns on 25 carries, helping Rochester cruise to a 38-3 win over Northfield. Carter Screeton added two scores for the Zebras.
Kyle Mast threw for 179 yards and two touchdowns in Farifield's 42-13 win against West Noble. Cameron Kitson rambled for 142 yards and one score, and Lucas Miller found the end zone twice for the Falcons Levi Nelson tallied two scores for the Chargers.
Freshman Ben Kozlowski's 22-yard field goal in the third quarter held up as Mishawaka edged Riley, 11-8. Thomas Capers rambled for 140 yards for Riley.
Parker Fritz accumulated 252 yards rushing and six touchdowns, guiding West Central to a 60-28 win over North White. Luke Diener passed and ran for touchdowns for North White.
Backup signal caller Dylan Scott passed for 113 yards and ran for two touchdowns as S.B. St. Joseph rallied for a 24-9 win over Elkhart Central. Gabe Brooks added two scores for the Indians, who trailed 9-0 in the opening period. Joe Phillips raced for 153 yards and one score on 13 carries for the Blazers.
Ethan Young ran for two fourth quarter touchdowns, helping Whiting rally for a 20-14 win over South Central.
Tyran Ottbridge scored three touchdowns in Mishawaka Marian's 37-0 blanking of South Bend Clay. Anthony Taborn rushed for 156 yards for Clay.
Tyler Weller racked up three touchdowns, leading New Prairie to a 62-0 shutout over Culver. Zach Brassel ran and threw for scores for the Cougars, who tied a school-record for points in a game.
Michael Schmeltz rushed for 12 times for 139 yards and two touchdowns in Glenn's 29-9 victory over LaVille.
Ryan Zellmer caught two touchdown passes for Kai Slough and ran for a third tally, lifting Bremen to a 52-7 win over Triton. Slough tossed for 136 yards and three scores for the Lions.
Nik Olson tallied 127 yards rushing and three touchdowns as Jimtown cruised to a 42-8 win at Knox. Marquise Schieber threw a pair of touchdown passes for the Jimmies.
Trevor Wilmore accounted for nearly 350 total yards in Concord's 52-17 drubbing of Wawasee. Wilmore threw for 229 yards and three touchdowns and ran for 118 yards and one score.
Luke Edwards ran 17 times for 121 yards and two touchdowns as NorthWood rolled to a 35-21 win over Goshen. Tanner Cleveland caught a pass for a score and ran for another tally for the Panthers. Derek DeMeyer threw for two touchdowns and ran for a third score for the Redskins.
Tristan McClone carried the football 27 times for 128 yards and three touchdowns, leading Warsaw to a 28-0 blanking of Elkhart Memorial.
Cardinal Ritter quarterback Jake Purichia went 13-of-19 for 240 yards and five touchdowns in the Raiders' 41-20 win over Speedway. Jake Hagan caught three touchdown passes, and Kyree Hollis added four receptions for 109 yards and one score for Cardinal Ritter. Notre Dame recruit Justin Brent ran the football 22 times for 185 yards and two scores for the Sparkplugs.
Sophomore signal caller Colin Studer accounted for more than 150 yards and two touchdowns, helping Lake Central in a 23-0 shutout over Crown Point. Studer, filling in for injured starter Alec Olund, threw for 112 yards and two scores, and Brandon Scott ran 25 times for 102 yards and one for the Indians.
Andrew Barras went 12-of-16 through the air for 188 yards and two touchdowns in Hobart's 28-27 win over Kankakee Valley. Barras hooked up with a Drey Devereaux for the game-tying score, followed by Matt Plesac's game-winning extra-point. Devereaux finished with eight catches for 129 yards for the Brickies, who came up with a blocked extra-point.
Torey Armstrong tallied 169 total yards and three touchdowns, leading Hammond Morton in its 45-0 blanking of rival Hammond.
Sophomore Bryce Cook went over the 100-yard mark for the first time in his career, finishing with 14 carries for 104 yards, in Valparaiso's 17-7 win over Michigan City.
Martayveus Carter had eight rushes for 142 yards and two touchdowns, leading East Chicago Central past Hammond Gavit, 55-0. Carlos Fernandez was 4-of-4 passing for 96 yards and one score to go along with a rushing tally for the Cardinals.
Matt DeSommer tallied nearly 500 total yards of offense in Andrean's 41-27 win over Munster. The senior quarterback passed for 312 yards and two touchdowns, ran 15 times for 179 yards and two more scores, and also had an interception. Donovan Chandler added nine catches for 245 yards and two scores for the 59ers. Joe Jumonville threw for 201 yards and three touchdowns, and Zach Pickett hauled in six passes for 158 yards and two scores for the Mustangs.
Reese Miller found the end zone three times in Tell City's 48-7 win over Pike Central.
Austin LeClere scored three touchdowns and booted the game-winning field goal with two seconds left, lifting Perry Central to a 24-21 win over Paoli.
Ben Wendholdt passed for 169 yards and three touchdowns and ran for a fourth score, leading Forest Park to a 40-32 win over Crawford County.
Jake Burden ran 31 times for 263 yards and five touchdowns, helping South Spencer to a 48-34 victory over Owensburo Catholic.
Adam Grannan passed for 224 yards and three touchdowns in Tecumseh's 58-8 thrashing of Union (Dugger). Josh Taylor added three scoring runs for the Braves.
Craig Conner rushed the ball 11 times for 240 yards and four touchdowns, leading Southridge to a 40-0 blanking of North Posey.
Nick Scheller was 16-of-20 through the air for 205 yards and three touchdowns as Gibson Southern cruised to a 45-7 victory over Booneville. Daulton Armstrong chipped in two scores for the Titans.
Austin Guthrie scored a pair of touchdowns in Mount Vernon's 35-14 decision over Vincennes. Riley Snodgrass ran for 120 yards for the Wildcats, while Brandt Nowaskie paced Vincennes with 124 yards rushing and one score.
Nolan Ahrens and Ben Moore hooked up for two touchdowns, helping Jasper post a 26-16 win over Heritage Hills. Ahrens passed for 203 yards, Moore added three receptions for 156 yards, and Nick Hale rushed for 143 yards and two scores for the Wildcats. Caleb Mulzer tossed for 261 yards for the Patriots.
De'Wayne Esters rambled for 294 yards and four touchdowns on 38 attempts in Evansville Reitz's 48-28 win over Evansville Central. Malik Higgins ran four times for 89 yards and one score to go along with a touchdown catch and interception for the Panthers. Austin Fuchs ran for 101 yards and passed for 137 yards for the Bears.
Evansville North used a 17-play, 99-yard drive that consumed nine minutes and 17 seconds to claim a 16-13 win over Evansville Harrison. Jesse Milliken passed for 174 yards and one touchdown, and Chase Whitler added 143 yards receiving and one tally for the Huskies. Kyndrick Hancock rushed for 118 yards and a touchdown for Harrison.
Nolan Goebel carried the football 33 times for 197 yards and three touchdowns, helping Evansville Mater Dei claim a 29-21 win over Evansville Memorial. Chase Hoehn tossed for 144 yards and one score for the Wiklcats. Jordan Scheessle threw two touchdown passes to Isaac Hoffman for the Tigers.
Carrington Crutcher amassed for more than 200 yards of offense, leading Evansville Bosse to a 40-33 win over Castle. Crutcher ran for 163 yards and three touchdowns to go along with 73 yards in receptions, including the game-winning 52-yard touchdown pass from Ian Nunley. Riko Levels came up with two interceptions, and Nunley threw for more than 300 yards for the Bulldogs.
Dylan Wright's three-yard touchdown pass to Dalton Souders in the fourth quarter helped Rensselaer Central rally for a 9-7 win over Tipton. Austin Fleming and Beau Boswell recorded 10 tackles each for the Bombers. Brody Dell ran for 108 yards and one score for the Blue Devils, who missed a potential game-winning field goal at the end.
Bo Baker rushed 35 times for 197 yards, a touchdown, and a two-point conversion in Kokomo's 14-7 win over Huntington North. Sophomore Jordan Rawlins accounted for the game-winning score with a one-yard score for the Wildkats, who were without senior quarterback Tayler Persons.
Ryan Alexander rolled up 112 yards on the ground and three touchdowns on 19 attempts, leading Western to a 30-14 win over Northwestern. Ben Lenahan added 20 carries for 118 yards for the Panthers. Trey Richmond passed for 185 yards and one touchdown for the Tigers.
Cameron Bennington racked up three touchdowns to guide Twin Lakes to a 20-8 win over Delphi.
Kionte Wilkey had 11 carries for 145 yards in Rockville's come-from-behind 30-28 win over Attica.
Jared Fishero carried the football only three times for 92 yards and three touchdowns as Fountain Central blanked Covington, 68-0. Koby Pierce added two touchdown passes for the Mustangs.
Trevor Bowlus and Jacob Halesma combined for 149 yards of offense and seven touchdowns in Seeger's 64-16 thrashing of Riverton Parke. Jake Bell added two scoring passes for the Patriots.
Alex Parsons rambled for three scores, leading North Montgomery to a 35-6 win over Frankfort.
Blake Justice ran for two touchdowns and passed for a third score as Tri-County handed Frontier its 32nd straight loss with a 36-16 victory.
Cody Gray's 21-yard field goal as time expired helped Anderson escape with a 29-28 win over Logansport. Jerian Beard rushed for 178 yards and two touchdowns and caught eight passes for 78 yards for Anderson. Gaven Owens added 199 yards through the air and one score for the Indians. Jacob Shelton tallied 103 yards rushing and three touchdowns for the Berries.
Tyler Katschke ran for 104 yards and two touchdowns and threw a pass for a third score in Winamac's 59-6 win over South Newton. Parker Fox added 104 yards on the ground and two scores, and kicker Zack Markley booted a school-record 50-yard field goal for the Warriors. Markley also connected on all eight of his extra-point attempts to give him a school-best 26 consecutive conversions.
Austin Hoover ran 202 yards and four touchdowns and caught a pass for a fifth score, guiding Sheridan's 46-13 victory over Carroll (Flora). Garrett Chesney threw for 93 yards and two scores and ran for 88 yards and one touchdown for the Blackhawks.
Garrett Kelley scored a pair of touchdowns and recorded 10 tackles, helping Tri-Central cruise to a 59-0 win over Clinton Prairie. Riley Smeltzer and Lake Baumiller chipped in 10 tackles apiece for the Trojans.
Sawyer Donovan threw for 156 yards and two touchdowns and also ran for 44 yards and two scores in Cascade's 46-0 blanking of Clinton Central. Zac Butler rambled for 236 yards and three scores on 21 attempts for the Cadets.
Nate Deno rolled up 340 all-purpose yards, including 200 yards rushing and two touchdowns, leading McCutcheon to a 24-19 win over Harrison (West Lafayette) in the battle for "The Sword". Deno also caught a touchdown pass, while Jake Lasky paced Harrison with 145 yards through the air and 130 yards rushing and two scores.
Parker Ronchetto completed all 10 of his passes for 222 yards and three touchdowns as West Lafayette rolled to a 51-14 win over Benton Central. Maurice Woodard added 17 carries for 155 yards rushing and three scores for the Red Devils.
Branson Dossen passed for 263 yards and three touchdowns in Heritage's 40-34 win over South Adams. Conner Bleke caught a pair of touchdown passes, and Nathan Roop added five catches for 100 yards and one score for Heritage. Justyn Hart chipped in 126 yards rushing and two scores for the Patriots. Isaiah Amstutz ran and caught a pass for a score, and Drew Lefever rushed for 116 yards and one tally for the Starfires.
Michael Lovett threw for two touchdowns and ran for a third score, helping F.W. North to a 30-12 win over F.W. North. Nick Cook ran 15 times for 138 yards and one score for the Redskins. Keion Powers had a 90-yard kickoff return for a touchdown and blocked a punt for another tally, while Jalen Thomas threw for 147 yards for the Generals.
Trevor Love did a little bit of everything in Bellmont's 49-28 win over Norwell. Love ran 19 times for 133 yards and two touchdowns, caught a pass for another score, and also threw a touchdown pass. Jordan Amacker tossed for 187 yards and two scores, and John Sefton added four catches for 110 yards and one score for Bellmont. Zach Macklin added two touchdown catches for the Braves. Piercen Harnish ran 25 times for 204 yards and four touchdowns and passed for 173 yards for Norwell.
Brandon Mable tallied three touchdowns, helping East Noble roll to a 50-7 win over DeKalb. Bryce Wolfe passed and ran for scores for the Knights.
Jaylin Bennett had 18 carries for 198 yards and one touchdown, leading Woodlan to a 56-0 blanking of Bluffton. Bennett also caught a touchdown pass from Corbin Smith, who finished with two scoring tosses for Woodlan. Debo Woods ran for two scores, and Greg White added a scoring run and catch for the Warriors.
Noah Follett accounted for nearly 200 total yards and two touchdowns in Garrett's 14-0 shutout of Adams Central. Follett ran for 149 yards and had 49 yards in receptions, while Bryit Sumner rushed for 113 yards for the Railroaders.
Jordan Hissong tossed three touchdown passes, guiding Leo to a 34-7 win over F.W. Bishop Luers. Chandler Fields added two scores, including a 93-yard kickoff return, and Logan Leiter ran for 160 yards for the Lions. Quinn Cook threw for 139 yards for Bishop Luers, which is 0-4 for the first time in program history.
David Morrison passed for 177 yards and three touchdowns, leading F.W. Concordia Lutheran to a 20-7 win against F.W. South. C.J. Morris hauled in seven passes for 131 yards and two scores for the Cadets.
Cody Conwell ran 20 times for 169 yards and two touchdowns, helping Churubusco rally for a 31-13 win over Eastside. Kane Johnson added two scores, including an 80-yard kickoff return, for the Eagles, who trailed 13-0 early on. P.J. Dean had 23 rushes for 118 yards and two touchdowns and passed for 81 yards for the Blazers.
Mike Fiacable had 112 yards through the air and three touchdowns in F.W. Bishop Dwenger's 35-0 shutout over F.W. Northrop. Ryan Cindr had two scoring receptions, and Tyler Tippmann ran for 101 yards and one tally for the Saints.
Logan Ormsby tallied over 200 yards of offense and two touchdowns, guiding Hometead to a 20-7 win against Columbia City. Ormsby rushed for 142 yards and passed for 68 to help the Spartans to their 28th straight regular season win.
Adam Kremer booted two field goals and Mitch Davis hauled in two interceptions, leading Carmel to a 17-5 win over top-ranked (Class 6A) Lawrence Central. Mark Wilson threw for 100 yards, and Tyler Redfern ran seven times for 73 yards and one score for Lawrence Central, which had its 18-game winning streak snapped.
Monte Reed completed 13-of-20 passes for 302 yards and three touchdowns in Hamilton Heights' 28-20 win over Lewis Cass. Grant Weatherford caught eight passes for 178 yards and two touchdowns. Kellan Hughes added two catches for 105 yards, and Conner Faulkner had 25 rushes for 146 yards and one tally for the Huskies. Brendan McGehee scored two touchdowns, and Payton Young had 14 rushes for 104 yards and one score for the Kings.
Nick Ferrer threw for 166 yards and three touchdown passes to Devin Reece, helping Westfield to a 37-13 win over Browsnburg. Toks Akinribade rushed for 137 yards and one score for Brownsburg.
Brayton Shannon tallied three touchdowns and Dan Werner found the end zone twice as Mount Vernon (Fortville) cruised to a 65-13 win over Muncie South. Alec Lohman rambled for 176 yards for the Marauders. McKenzie Nash had 16 carries for 160 yards and one touchdown, and Josh Strauch threw for 86 yards and ran for 90 yards and one score for the Rebels.
Michael Myers had 101 yards of offense and one touchdown in Guerin Catholic's 21-9 win over Indianapolis Howe. Chris Mundy passed for 174 yards and one score for Howe.
Jordan Brown ran for 132 yards and three touchdowns, leading Scecina Memorial to a 49-13 thrashing of Beech Grove.
Blake Luber accounted for more than 300 total yards and four touchdowns, helping New Palestine to a 41-14 win over Delta. Luber passed for 171 yards and two scores and ran for 171 yards and two tallies. Tyler Walden caught four passes for 130 yards and two scores for the Dragons.
Chris Johanningman threw for 207 yards and ran for one score in South Decatur's 38-14 triumph over Edinburgh. Damon Martin added 118 yards on the ground and three scores for the Cougars. Bobby Simpson tossed for 173 yards and two touchdowns for the Lancers.
Colin Barthel's one-yard touchdown run with 10 seconds left was the diiference as Indianapolis Cathedral rallied for a 37-35 win over Indianapolis Bishop Chatard. Barthel finished with 213 yards passing and three touchdowns. Zach Sahn had seven catches for 115 yards and one score, and Terry McLaurin had two touchdown receptions and a 96-yard kickoff return for a score for the Irish. Sam Gleaves was 11-of-18 passing for 163 yards and three touchdowns, two of them going to Henry Hill, and Alex Kimack had 27 rushes for 161 yards for the Trojans.
Eli Conlin ran 25 times for 186 yards and five touchdowns, leading Decatur Central to a 64-40 win over Martinsville. Tommy Stevens passed for 73 yards and ran for 94 for the Hawks. Mason Kutruff passed for 274 yards and four touchdowns, Nolan Lavender grabbed seven passes for 106 yards and three scores, and Zak Mirana rushed 12 times for 137 yards and two touchdowns for Martinsville.
Hunter Hardee ran for two touchdowns in Hamilton Southeastern's 21-3 win over Zionsville. Tyler Janney tossed for 142 yards and ran for a score for the Royals.
Blake Luker accounted for more than 300 total yards and four touchdowns, helping New Palestine to a 41-14 win over Delta. Luker threw for 171 yards and two scores and ran for 157 yards and two tallies. Tyler Walden added four receptions for 130 yards and two scores for the Dragons.
Jeff George tossed for 171 yards and two touchdowns, leading Warren Central to a 24-7 win over Ben Davis.
Jeffrey Wooten ran nine times for 155 yards and two touchdowns, lifting Whiteland to a 41-31 win over previously unbeaten Franklin. Wooten also caught a touchdown pass from Don Richard, who threw for three scores for the Warriors. Ross Barr carried the football 31 times for 111 yards and three scores for the Grizzly Cubs.
John Gallman and Austin Montgomery ran for two touchdowns apiece, leading Greenwood to a 33-13 win over Mooresville. Gallman tallied 117 yards rushing, and Tanner Skeel added five carries for 107 yards and one score for the Woodmen. Cody Cannon threw for 297 yards and a touchdown and also ran for a score, while Jojo Rowland grabbed eight passes for 170 yards and one score for the Pioneers.
Brenden Smith tallied 135 total yards and two touchdowns in Indian Creek's 41-21 win over Providence. Smith ran for 63 yards and passed for 72 yards. Matt Bell ran 26 times for 164 yards and two scores for Providence.
Colin McManama carried the ball 27 times for 187 yards and two touchdowns, helping Indianapolis Roncalli to a 42-17 win over Plainfield. Cam Smock was 9-of-10 passing for 175 yards and three touchdowns, two of them going to David Holtkamp, and also ran for a score for the Rebels.
