Knox's Myles McLaughlin broke his own school-record with 27 carries for 439 yards with nine touchdowns and completed 3-of-5 passes for 70 yards with another tally in the Redskins' 72-24 win over Culver Academy. The two-time all-state senior is already over 1,000 yards through just three games and is now fourth all-time with over 8,000 yards for his career.

Triton's Jayden Overmyer accumulated a program-best 281 yards rushing with three touchdowns in the Trojans' 48-8 win against Culver Community.

Southern Wells ended its 21-game losing streak with a 21-14 triumph over Jay County.

Tecumseh saw its 11-game losing streak come to an end with a 26-7 win against South Spencer.

Columbus East recently renamed its football complex to Stafford Field at Bob Gaddis Stadium after the Indiana Football Hall of Famer who guided the Olympians to state championships in 2013 and 2017.

Purdue Poly Englewood is 3-0 for the first time in program history.

Fort Wayne Northrop is 3-0 for the first time since 1983.

Lake Station is 3-0 for the first time since 1990.
