Krystal was born and raised in Valparaiso, IN, before settling in Indianapolis. Cheering for an NFL team was a big change for Krystal since she grew up in a smaller town. "My high school did not have a football team so, I didn't know that much about it at first. My dad taught me a lot about football when I first tried out." Five seasons later, Krystal has a true passion for the Colts and her parents are still her biggest fans.
She has been dancing since she was just six-years old. Krystal was on her high school dance team all four years and helped coach Pop Warner, a national youth cheerleading program, for two years. "Dancing is what makes me happy!" Her ability to master all types of choreography makes her a fantastic captain for the Colts cheerleaders.
Last season, she was chosen by her teammates to represent the squad at the 2008 Pro Bowl in Hawaii. It was an experience she will never forget. "I've had so many great experiences traveling with the squad to places that I have never been before." One of the most memorable trips was a military tour for the troops in Kosovo. "They do so much for our country and it really makes you appreciate them a lot more."
During the week, Krystal works as an assistant business manager and makeup artist. She is in charge of event planning for a local boutique and teaches clients how to apply makeup. "I absolutely love my job and the people I work with…My goal and dream job is to be a national makeup artist and travel around the world." Krystal also enjoys playing tennis in her spare time.
Krystal proudly represents the Colts every day by wearing her Super Bowl ring. "I'm honored to be a part of a World Champion team…I will never forget this amazing experience."
