Q: When can I transfer my tickets and how do I do it?
A: Transfer of ownership forms are available every year starting October 1 and due back no later than December 31 for the change to take place the following season. All transfers will be processed in January, prior to renewals for the next season. There is a fee associated with transferring tickets which is always subject to change. Q: How can I get tickets to an away game?
A: The Indianapolis Colts do not have tickets available for away games. If you are interested in attending and purchasing tickets to an away game, please contact the host team's ticket office. Another option would be to purchase through NFL Ticket Exchange where season ticket holders can post their tickets for sale.
Q: Can I get a parking pass through the Colts?
A: Downtown Indianapolis offers roughly 70,000 parking spaces to patrons that visit various events, however, no passes are available through the Colts for parking on game days. Maps of downtown and parking options are available at www.indydt.com. Parking for fans that have disability needs (ADA) in Lot 3 or the South Lot are not available to the general public on Colts game days, however, season ticket holders with disability needs can contact their rep starting in February for a request form for parking in one of these lots. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request as it depends on availability and spaces are limited.
There is public parking available on Colts home games in the new Rolls-Royce parking garage, which is located between Illinois and Meridian Streets. The entrance is off of West Henry Street. Parking spaces are available on the top three levels (level 7-level 9) of the garage and are available on a first come first serve basis for $20 cash upon arrival. Parking is ONLY available on a game by game basis and IS NOT available for purchase through the Colts organization.NO ADVANCE PURCHASES ARE AVAILABLE.Vehicles may arrive 4 hours prior to kickoff & must be removed 4 hours after the game ends.
Additional parking may be reserved in advance at www.parkwhiz.com. Several locations and price ranges are available. Parking can be reserved by typing Lucas Oil Stadium in the search box on the home screen and the available parking will display in chronological order of each game. Click on the date of the game desired, then choose location and price, pay via credit card and print out the parking pass to display on dash upon arrival.
