INDIANAPOLIS — With the NFL's new league year starting at 4 p.m. ET on March 13, Colts.com takes a look at the Indianapolis Colts players set to become free agents, continuing today with unrestricted free agent-to-be Al Woods.

Player: Al Woods, 31 (will be 32 by Week 1)

Position: Defensive Tackle

Experience: Entering 10th NFL season in 2019

Free Agency Category: Unrestricted ("A player whose contract has expired and has four or more tenured years in the league. He may sign with any other team with no restrictions.")

2018 Synopsis: A team captain, Woods in 2018 started the first eight games of the season and then came on as a key rotational player over the next six contests before suffering a season-ending ankle injury in the Colts' Week 15 victory over the Dallas Cowboys. In all, Woods finished with 24 tackles (10 solo; one for a loss) and one pass defensed.
