Former Colts linebacker Shaquille Leonard, a three-time first-team AP All-Pro and the 2018 AP Defensive Rookie of the Year, announced his retirement from football on Wednesday.

The Colts will honor Leonard during halftime of their Week 5 game against the Las Vegas Raiders at Lucas Oil Stadium. Leonard, known as "The Maniac," will also be the Colts' pregame anvil striker just before kickoff on Sunday.

The late Colts Owner and CEO took his permanent place at Lucas Oil Stadium alongside players he cared so deeply for during his five decades with the franchise.
