THE INDIANA FOOTBALL DIGEST'S 2014 HONOR ROLL – WEEK THREE PLAYOFFS

TOP PERFORMERS

Shaw Cloud had 14 carries for a school-best 382 yards and five touchdowns as Whiteland (8-3) made it back-to-back sectional titles with a 42-13 win over Floyd Central (6-5) in the Class 5A Sectional 14 finale. Nick Rath recorded 11 tackles for the Warriors. Colton Kimm was 10-of-18 through the air for 153 yards, and Adam Wallace added eight catches for 138 yards as well as a 90-yard kickoff return for a score for the Highlanders.

Chris Perkins, Isaac James, and Shakir Paschall all surpassed the 100-yard rushing mark as Carmel (12-0) cruised to a 56-6 win over previously unbeaten Carroll (Fort Wayne) (11-1) in Class 6A regional action. Perkins ran 14 times for 173 yards and three touchdowns, James had 13 carries for 130 and one score and threw for another tally, and Paschall added 19 rushes for 146 yards for the Greyhounds, who rolled up a school-record 608 yards on the ground. Aiden Smith tallied 226 total yards, including an 86-yard touchdown run, for the Chargers.

Alex Neligh rolled up over 300 yards of offense, helping New Palestine (12-0) roll to an 83-20 win over Beech Grove (7-5) for the Class 4A Sectional 21 title. The 83 points and 103 total points were both new records for New Palestine. Neligh was 7-of-13 passing for 163 yards and two touchdowns and ran the ball 13 times for 224 yards and three scores. James Young added 75 yards on the ground and three scores, and Garrett Kuhn added four catches for 93 yards and two touchdowns for the Dragons, who racked up 627 yards of offense.

Jake Hendershot was 18-of-22 passing for 326 yards and five touchdowns, leading Tri-West (11-1) to a 54-28 win over Western Boone (8-4) in the Class 3A Sectional 29 final. Judd Grubbs had seven receptions for 139 yards and three scores, Wes Cook ran for two touchdowns and caught a pass for a third tally, and Colton Jobe added 16 rushes for 108 yards for the Bruins, who racked up 540 yards of offense. Nathaniel Bye tossed for 144 yards and two touchdowns, Riggs Baxter caught two passes for scores and ran for a third tally, and Zach Martin recorded 12 tackles for the Stars.

Markell Jones had 35 carries for 193 yards and three touchdowns and threw a pass to Steven O'Neal for another tally, lifting top-ranked and defending state champion Columbus East (12-0) to a 28-9 win over East Central (8-4) for the Class 4A Sectional 23 crown. Sam Dwenger added 12 tackles for the Olympians. Luke Patton tallied 94 yards of offense and a scoring run for the Trojans.

Jake Paliga was 10-of-12 passing for 335 yards and five touchdowns, helping defending state champion Andrean (12-0) to a 62-6 thrashing of Calumet (9-3) for the Class 3A Sectional 25 title. Trevor Berg ran 13 times for 284 yards and four scores, and Sean Mullen hauled in two touchdown receptions as the 59ers rolled up 619 total yards in the first half. Quinton Harris recorded 224 total yards and a touchdown pass for the Warriors.

Tyler Weller ran 26 times for 204 yards and three touchdowns and threw a 12-yard pass to quarterback Nick Brassell for another tally, leading New Prairie (11-1) to a 37-35 win over Plymouth (11-1) in the Class 4A Sectional 18 title game. Brassell added 96 yards on the ground and two scores for the Cougars, who rolled up 28 second quarter points in winning their second straight title. Jack Barron threw for 364 yards and four touchdowns, and Justin Drudge added nine catches for 232 yards and two scores to go along with an 89-yard kickoff return for another tally for the Rockies.

Trevor Ellis rambled for 354 yards and five touchdowns on eight attempts in Monrovia's (10-2) 62-14 thrashing of defending state champion Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter (7-5) in the Class 2A Sectional 37 title clash. Jaden Rhea added 12 carries for 140 yards and three scores for the Bulldogs.

Max Norris romped 15 times for 170 yards and two touchdowns as Center Grove (9-3) improved to 9-0 in regional games under Eric Moore with a 35-22 win over Southport (9-3) in Class 6A action. Titus McCoy added 12 rushes for 110 yards and one score for the Trojans, who tallied 371 yards on the ground. Luke Johnston tossed for 260 yards and two touchdowns for the Cardinals.

Caleb Cross scampered 16 times for 189 yards and two touchdowns as defending state champion Indianapolis Cathedral (6-5) used a 35-point third quarter outburst on their way to a 59-14 win over Decatur Central (8-3) in the Class 5A Sectional 13 finale. Max Bortenschlager tossed for 64 yards and two scores, and Evan Christopher added eight carries for 88 yards and two touchdowns for the Irish, who set a new state mark with their 27th straight playoff victory. Ben Stewart recorded 12 tackles and Ryan Guhl added 10 stops for Cathedral. Tommy Stevens passed for 341 yards and one score, and Connor Ray added 13 receptions for 150 yards and one touchdown for the Hawks.

Ball State bound quarterback Riley Neal complied over 300 yards of offense, leading Yorktown (11-1) to a 35-12 win over Delta (7-5) for the Class 3A Sectional 28 title. Neal was 16-of-26 for 269 yards and two touchdowns and ran 17 times for 89 yards and two scores. Riley Miller had eight catches for 162 yards and two scores and returned a kickoff 89 yards for another tally, and Jacob Preston recorded 16 tackles for the Tigers. Mason Bechdolt rushed for 102 yards and one score, and Joe Spegal had 19 carries for 72 yards to become the Eagles' all-time leading rusher with 4,774 yards. Spegal finished this season with school bests of 1,957 yards on the ground and 30 touchdowns.

Kyle Castner capped off an 84-yard scoring drive with an 13-yard pass to Stori Edwards with 11.3  seconds left, lifting Ben Davis (10-2) to a 40-36 win over defending state champion Warren Central (9-3) in a Class 6A regional final. Castner was 24-of-41 for 191 yards and four touchdowns, while Chris Evans added 26 carries for 163 yards and two scores and six catches for 55 yards and two tallies for the Giants. Mykelti Williams ran 14 times for 131 yards and two touchdowns for the Giants.

Casey Gore completed 24-of-27 passes for 177 yards and two touchdowns and ran for a third score, leading Indianapolis Roncalli (7-5) to a 24-17 win over Plainfield (4-8) for the Class 4A Sectional 22 crown. Colin Nysewander threw for 120 yards and one score and ran for a second tally for Plainfield.

Ike James had 36 carries for 211 yards and three touchdowns in Lowell's 28-3 win over Hammond Morton for the Class 4A Sectional 17 crown. Zach Bobos added 82 yards of offense as well as 14 tackles, and Jordan Jusevitch racked up 10 stops for the Red Devils (8-4). Nick Przespolewski threw for 140 yards, and Jarrett Dickey had six receptions for 109 yards for the Governors (10-2). 

Evan Caldwell ran 20 times for 118 yards and two touchdowns, lifting defending champion Westfield (7-4) to a 45-24 win over Lafayette Harrison (7-4) for the Class 5A Sectional 11 crown. Andrew Sweet chipped 88 yards and two scores on eight attempts, and Matt Crupi tacked on 11 tackles and a 25-yard fumble return for a touchdown for the Shamrocks. Bailey Partlow tallied 14 stops, and Michael Patterson had 11 tackles for Westfield. JDan Sturgeon threw for 73 yards and two scores for the Raiders.

Evan Hansen rambled for 105 yards and two touchdowns, helping Guerin Catholic (9-3) to a 28-20 win over Hamilton Heights (9-3) in the Class 3A Sectional 30 title game. Matt Labus passed for 196 yards and one score, and Brian Matthews hauled in five receptions for 104 yards for the Golden Eagles. Ethan Jones tossed for 177 yards and one score for the Huskies.

Noah Wezensky was 14-of-17 through the air for 244 yards and three touchdowns as Fort Wayne Bishop Luers (10-2) rolled to a 54-6 win over Garrett (8-4) in the Class 3A Sectional 27 final. Tyrell Johnson had four catches for 100 yards and two scores and returned a kickoff 75 yards for another tally, while C.J. McCarter added two scores on the ground for the Knights. Bryit Sumner ran for 93 yards and one score, and Bo Davis recorded 14 tackles for the Railroaders.

Money Woods rushed for 81 yards and the game-clinching touchdown as Fort Wayne Snider (9-2) captured its eighth consecutive sectional crown with a 24-13 win over Fort Wayne Wayne (9-2) in Class 5A Sectional 12 play. Isaac Stiebeling threw for 129 yards for the Panthers, who recorded five quarterback sacks. Keion Powers was limited to just 89 yards rushing and one score and 92 yards passing and one tally, and Auston Robertson ran for a score and added 4.5 quarterback sacks for the Generals.

Bryce Stancombe was 15-of-18 for 248 yards and five touchdowns, helping Bloomington South (10-1) claim its first sectional title since 2001 with a 59-21 triumph at Martinsville in Class 5A Sectional 15 action. Keenan Frantz had eight receptions for 78 yards and three scores, Richard Williams ran 15 times for 168 yards and two touchdowns, and Carson Lien added three catches for 117 yards and one tally for the Panthers, who finished with 480 total yards. Josh LaRue completed 22-of-35 passes for 251 yards and two scores, and Trey Deaton added nine receptions for 122 yards for the Artesians.

Payton Carson's 28-yard scoring strike to David Welker with 5:17 remaining was the difference as Northridge (10-2) earned its first sectional title with a 9-7 win over Leo (9-3) in the Class 4A Sectional 19 finale. Carson finished with 104 yards of offense and an interception on defense. Kray Klopfenstein passed for 131 yards and one score for Leo.

Dante Johnson scored a pair of touchdowns, including a 96-yard interception return midway through the fourth quarter, vaulting Terre Haute South (10-1) to a 34-24 win over defending champion Terre Haute North (5-6) in the Class 5A Sectional 16 title game. Timmy Herrin threw for 112 yards and one score and ran for 51 yards and another tally for the Braves. Logan Grim carried the ball 32 times for 165 yards and one score, and Nick Barrett added 28 touches for 157 yards and two touchdowns for the Patriots.

Rylan Arihood ran 26 times for 190 yards and three touchdowns and caught a pass for a fourth score, guiding Rensselaer Central (12-0) to a 51-7 thrashing of Wheeler (10-2) in the Class 2A Sectional 33 final. Dylan Wright added two scores on the ground and threw for another tally, and John Ohanis recorded 14 tackles for the Bombers. Jake Wasz racked up 269 total yards and one touchdown, and Chad Christy added 12 tackles for the Bearcats.

Parker Fox passed for two touchdowns and ran for two scores, leading top-ranked Winamac (12-0) to a 33-3 win over LaVille (8-4) in the Class 1A Sectional 41 title game. Andrew Risner rushed for 177 yards and one score, and Mitch Reed tallied 18 tackles for the Warriors. Mason Leed booted a 27-yard field goal for the Lancers.

Kenny Kerrn and Nick Olson scored three touchdowns apiece, lifting Jimtown (9-3) to a 48-0 blanking of Peru (5-7) for the Class 3A Sectional 26 championship. Kerrn had nine carries for 130 yards and Olson added 95 yards on the ground for the Jimmies, who limited Peru to just 99 total yards.

Joe Phillips rambled for 157 yards and three touchdowns on 20 carries, helping Elkhart Central (5-6) claim its first sectional crown with a 23-14 win over defending champion Concord (7-4) in the Class 5A Sectional 10 finale. Cullen Fisher tossed for 141 yards and two scores, and Jarrett Pointdexter tallied 130 total yards and one touchdown for Concord.

Derek Wanner racked up 178 yards of offense with three touchdown passes and a scoring run as South Adams (6-6) made it back-to-back sectional titles with a 31-14 win over Southern Wells (8-4) in the Class 1A Sectional 43 final. Isaiah Amstutz had a pair of scoring catches, and Isaiah Baumgartner recovered two fumbles for the Starfires. Bryce Bonewit had 11 total yards and a touchdown run, and Landon Cassiday recorded 28 tackles for the Raiders.

Piercen Harnish recorded over 200 total yards with four touchdowns, leading Norwell (6-6) to a 35-7 win over Columbia City (5-7) for the Class 4A Sectional 20 championship. Harnish ran for 177 yards and two scores and threw for 62 yards and two more tallies. Adam Nahrwold finished with 106 yards of offense and one score for the Knights.

Evan Deig went 21-of-29 for 384 yards passing and four touchdowns, helping Evansville Reitz (11-1) to a 45-38 win over Jasper (10-2) for the Class 4A Sectional 24 crown. Malik Higgins had 155 yards of offense with two scoring catches, a touchdown run, and 10 tackles, Kerrion Ringo added six receptions for 150 yards and two scores, and Isaac Flowers racked up 12 stops for the Panthers. Tate Blessinger ran for three touchdowns, and Grant Theil had seven catches for 179 yards for the Wildcats.

Grant Klockow and Rom DePalma both found the end zone twice as Bremen (7-5) rolled to a 35-14 win over Woodlan (8-4) in the Class 2A Sectional 34 final. Matt Box tossed for 170 yards for the Lions. Mitchell VanBrocklin ran for 107 yards and two scores for the Warriors.

Eric Mazany completed all 12 of his passes for 168 yards and two touchdowns to Tyler Littlejohn, lifting LaPorte (6-5) to a 28-21 win over defending champion Mishawaka (9-3) in the Class 5A Sectional 9 title clash. Charles Salary rushed for 153 yards and two scores, and Owen Strieter added two interceptions for the Slicers. Darian Phillips ran for 131 yards and one score and added 121 yards through the air, and Tanner Bradley tallied 105 yards on the ground and two touchdowns for the Cavemen.

Camden Bohn was 6-of-7 passing for 117 yards and two touchdowns and also rushed for 127 yards and two scores, helping Penn (12-0) to a 42-6 win over Merrillville (6-6) for a Class 6A regional championship. Nate Miller hauled in a pair of receptions for scores for the Kingsmen.

Cody Howell threw three touchdown passes to Colten Leininger, guiding defending state champion Tri-Central (11-1) to a 34-14 win against Sheridan (7-5) in the Class 1A Sectional 44 final. Howell finished 7-of-9 for 122 yards and Leininger added 11 tackles for the Trojans. Austin Hoover carried the ball 33 times for 142 yards and two scores for the Blackhawks.

Kurtis Wilderman was 15-of-24 for 189 yards and three touchdowns, leading Evansville Mater Dei (12-0) past North Posey (8-4), 28-9, for the Class 2A Sectional 40 championship. Julian Weidner had five receptions for 114 yards and two scores, and Drayke Richardt ran 21 times for 115 yards and one touchdown for the Wildcats. James Marshall racked up 172 total yards and a touchdown pass, and Derek Lindauer recorded 15 tackles for the Vikings.

Hunter Hess rushed 18 times for 119 yards and one score, guiding Shenandoah (10-2) to a 27-7 win over Winchester (10-2) for the Class 2A Sectional 38 crown. Dalton Hatcher added nine carries for 90 yards and two touchdowns, and Cody Rudy racked up 11 tackles for the Raiders. Kiante Enis had 138 yards of offense and a touchdown catch, and Dillian Williams tallied 13 tackles for the Golden Falcons. Enis finished with 3,182 yards rushing, good for third in a season all-time in Indiana.

Jacob Earl accumulated over 275 yards of offense, helping North Vermillion (12-0) to a 48-20 win over defending champion Fountain Central (9-3) in the Class 1A Sectional 47 finale. Earl ran for 162 yards and one touchdown and caught five passes for 115 yards and two scores. Cody Wright was 9-of-12 through the air for 164 yards and two scores and ran for a third tally, Braden Hollowell added five rushes for 95 yards and two touchdowns, and Evan Weir recorded 15 tackles for the Falcons. Koby Pierce tossed for 261 yards and one touchdown and ran for 80 yards and another score for the Mustangs.

Justin Mersch exploded for 211 yards and three touchdowns on 15 carries, lifting Pioneer (11-1) to a 44-0 shutout of Carroll (Flora) (3-9) for the Class 1A Sectional 42 title. Sam Kiser passed and ran for scores and returned a kickoff for another tally, while Nick Price and Zach Mason registered 12 tackles each for the Panthers. Jared Miller passed for 119 yards for the Cougars.

Jackson Anthrop ran 12 times for 155 yards and three touchdowns, caught three passes for 34 yards and another score, and grabbed an interception, guiding Lafayette Central Catholic (9-3) to a 42-0 blanking of Lewis Cass (10-2) in the Class 2A Sectional 35 finale.

Antonyo Gaddie had 20 carries for 115 yards and one touchdown, leading Charlestown (10-2) to an 18-7 win over North Harrison (4-7) in the Class 3A Sectional 31 title game. Tristan Chester threw and ran for scores for the Pirates.

Joe Hart scampered for 206 yards and three touchdowns as Lapel (6-6) downed defending champion Oak Hill (9-3), 24-20, for the Class 2A Sectional 36 crown. Derrick Randall ran for 105 yards, Joel Durkes added 80 yards on the ground and two touchdowns, and Josh Turanchick racked up 12 tackles for Oak Hill.

Cooper Henderson accounted for all three touchdowns, lifting defending champion Eastern Hancock (10-2) to a 21-20 win over previously unbeaten Northeastern (11-1) in the Class 1A Sectional 45 final. Henderson ran for 107 yards and one score, caught a pass for a score, and returned a punt 40 yards for another tally. Andy Riley recorded 10 tackles for the Royals. Joey Claypoole tossed for 242 yards and three touchdowns, and Craig Dingwerth added two scoring catches for the Tigers.

Kenton Crews tallied 90 yards of offense and two touchdowns, helping Heritage Hills (11-1) to a 14-13 win over Gibson Southern (10-2) in the Class 3A Sectional 32 finale. Logan Wilkerson was 10-of-16 passing for 145 yards and one score, and Zack Jones recorded 12 tackles for the Patriots. Nick Sellers threw and ran for scores for the Titans.

Mitch Eberhardt and Austin Hale both surpassed the 100-yard rushing mark, lifting Linton-Stockton (11-1) to a 41-0 blanking of North Knox (9-3) in the Class 1A Sectional 48 final. Eberhardt had 16 carries for 167 yards and one score as well as 10 tackles and Hale ran 19 times for 103 yards and two scores. Chad Trent chipped in 88 yards passing with one touchdown and another on the ground to help the Miners to their fourth straight crown.

Jordan Crouse was 7-of-10 passing for 169 yards and two touchdowns and also ran for a score, leading Triton Central (11-1) to a 31-6 win over Milan for the Class 2A Sectional 39 title. Brady Gossett hauled in four receptions for 104 yards and two scores, and Drake Holtz recorded 15 tackles for the Wildcats. Michael Thompson tallied 93 yards of offense and a scoring run for the Indians.

Dylen Goddard found the end zone twice as Indianapolis Lutheran (9-3) used a 21-point first quarter outburst on its way to a 49-14 win over Indianapolis Howe (6-6) in the Class 1A Sectional 46 final. Chris Mundy was 12-of-20 passing for 255 yards and two touchdowns, and Dontea Henderson added nine receptions for 192 yards and one score for Howe.

Mason Bechdolt rushed for 102 yards and one score, and Joe Spegal had 19 carries for 72 yards to become the Eagles' all-time leading rusher with 4,774 yards. Spegal finished this season with school bests of 1,957 yards on the ground and 30 touchdowns.

Kyle Castner capped off an 84-yard scoring drive with an 13-yard pass to Stori Edwards with 11.3  seconds left, lifting Ben Davis (10-2) to a 40-36 win over defending state champion Warren Central (9-3) in a Class 6A regional final. Castner was 24-of-41 for 191 yards and four touchdowns, while Chris Evans added 26 carries for 163 yards and two scores and six catches for 55 yards and two tallies for the Giants. Mykelti Williams ran 14 times for 131 yards and two touchdowns for the Giants.

Casey Gore completed 24-of-27 passes for 177 yards and two touchdowns and ran for a third score, leading Indianapolis Roncalli (7-5) to a 24-17 win over Plainfield (4-8) for the Class 4A Sectional 22 crown. Colin Nysewander threw for 120 yards and one score and ran for a second tally for Plainfield.

Ike James had 36 carries for 211 yards and three touchdowns in Lowell's 28-3 win over Hammond Morton for the Class 4A Sectional 17 crown. Zach Bobos added 82 yards of offense as well as 14 tackles, and Jordan Jusevitch racked up 10 stops for the Red Devils (8-4). Nick Przespolewski threw for 140 yards, and Jarrett Dickey had six receptions for 109 yards for the Governors (10-2). 

Evan Caldwell ran 20 times for 118 yards and two touchdowns, lifting defending champion Westfield (7-4) to a 45-24 win over Lafayette Harrison (7-4) for the Class 5A Sectional 11 crown. Andrew Sweet chipped 88 yards and two scores on eight attempts, and Matt Crupi tacked on 11 tackles and a 25-yard fumble return for a touchdown for the Shamrocks. Bailey Partlow tallied 14 stops, and Michael Patterson had 11 tackles for Westfield. JDan Sturgeon threw for 73 yards and two scores for the Raiders.

Evan Hansen rambled for 105 yards and two touchdowns, helping Guerin Catholic (9-3) to a 28-20 win over Hamilton Heights (9-3) in the Class 3A Sectional 30 title game. Matt Labus passed for 196 yards and one score, and Brian Matthews hauled in five receptions for 104 yards for the Golden Eagles. Ethan Jones tossed for 177 yards and one score for the Huskies.

Noah Wezensky was 14-of-17 through the air for 244 yards and three touchdowns as Fort Wayne Bishop Luers (10-2) rolled to a 54-6 win over Garrett (8-4) in the Class 3A Sectional 27 final. Tyrell Johnson had four catches for 100 yards and two scores and returned a kickoff 75 yards for another tally, while C.J. McCarter added two scores on the ground for the Knights. Bryit Sumner ran for 93 yards and one score, and Bo Davis recorded 14 tackles for the Railroaders.

Money Woods rushed for 81 yards and the game-clinching touchdown as Fort Wayne Snider (9-2) captured its eighth consecutive sectional crown with a 24-13 win over Fort Wayne Wayne (9-2) in Class 5A Sectional 12 play. Isaac Stiebeling threw for 129 yards for the Panthers, who recorded five quarterback sacks. Keion Powers was limited to just 89 yards rushing and one score and 92 yards passing and one tally, and Auston Robertson ran for a score and added 4.5 quarterback sacks for the Generals.

Bryce Stancombe was 15-of-18 for 248 yards and five touchdowns, helping Bloomington South (10-1) claim its first sectional title since 2001 with a 59-21 triumph at Martinsville in Class 5A Sectional 15 action. Keenan Frantz had eight receptions for 78 yards and three scores, Richard Williams ran 15 times for 168 yards and two touchdowns, and Carson Lien added three catches for 117 yards and one tally for the Panthers, who finished with 480 total yards. Josh LaRue completed 22-of-35 passes for 251 yards and two scores, and Trey Deaton added nine receptions for 122 yards for the Artesians.

Payton Carson's 28-yard scoring strike to David Welker with 5:17 remaining was the difference as Northridge (10-2) earned its first sectional title with a 9-7 win over Leo (9-3) in the Class 4A Sectional 19 finale. Carson finished with 104 yards of offense and an interception on defense. Kray Klopfenstein passed for 131 yards and one score for Leo.

Dante Johnson scored a pair of touchdowns, including a 96-yard interception return midway through the fourth quarter, vaulting Terre Haute South (10-1) to a 34-24 win over defending champion Terre Haute North (5-6) in the Class 5A Sectional 16 title game. Timmy Herrin threw for 112 yards and one score and ran for 51 yards and another tally for the Braves. Logan Grim carried the ball 32 times for 165 yards and one score, and Nick Barrett added 28 touches for 157 yards and two touchdowns for the Patriots.

Rylan Arihood ran 26 times for 190 yards and three touchdowns and caught a pass for a fourth score, guiding Rensselaer Central (12-0) to a 51-7 thrashing of Wheeler (10-2) in the Class 2A Sectional 33 final. Dylan Wright added two scores on the ground and threw for another tally, and John Ohanis recorded 14 tackles for the Bombers. Jake Wasz racked up 269 total yards and one touchdown, and Chad Christy added 12 tackles for the Bearcats.

Parker Fox passed for two touchdowns and ran for two scores, leading top-ranked Winamac (12-0) to a 33-3 win over LaVille (8-4) in the Class 1A Sectional 41 title game. Andrew Risner rushed for 177 yards and one score, and Mitch Reed tallied 18 tackles for the Warriors. Mason Leed booted a 27-yard field goal for the Lancers.

Kenny Kerrn and Nick Olson scored three touchdowns apiece, lifting Jimtown (9-3) to a 48-0 blanking of Peru (5-7) for the Class 3A Sectional 26 championship. Kerrn had nine carries for 130 yards and Olson added 95 yards on the ground for the Jimmies, who limited Peru to just 99 total yards.

Joe Phillips rambled for 157 yards and three touchdowns on 20 carries, helping Elkhart Central (5-6) claim its first sectional crown with a 23-14 win over defending champion Concord (7-4) in the Class 5A Sectional 10 finale. Cullen Fisher tossed for 141 yards and two scores, and Jarrett Pointdexter tallied 130 total yards and one touchdown for Concord.

Derek Wanner racked up 178 yards of offense with three touchdown passes and a scoring run as South Adams (6-6) made it back-to-back sectional titles with a 31-14 win over Southern Wells (8-4) in the Class 1A Sectional 43 final. Isaiah Amstutz had a pair of scoring catches, and Isaiah Baumgartner recovered two fumbles for the Starfires. Bryce Bonewit had 11 total yards and a touchdown run, and Landon Cassiday recorded 28 tackles for the Raiders.

Piercen Harnish recorded over 200 total yards with four touchdowns, leading Norwell (6-6) to a 35-7 win over Columbia City (5-7) for the Class 4A Sectional 20 championship. Harnish ran for 177 yards and two scores and threw for 62 yards and two more tallies. Adam Nahrwold finished with 106 yards of offense and one score for the Knights.

Evan Deig went 21-of-29 for 384 yards passing and four touchdowns, helping Evansville Reitz (11-1) to a 45-38 win over Jasper (10-2) for the Class 4A Sectional 24 crown. Malik Higgins had 155 yards of offense with two scoring catches, a touchdown run, and 10 tackles, Kerrion Ringo added six receptions for 150 yards and two scores, and Isaac Flowers racked up 12 stops for the Panthers. Tate Blessinger ran for three touchdowns, and Grant Theil had seven catches for 179 yards for the Wildcats.

Grant Klockow and Rom DePalma both found the end zone twice as Bremen (7-5) rolled to a 35-14 win over Woodlan (8-4) in the Class 2A Sectional 34 final. Matt Box tossed for 170 yards for the Lions. Mitchell VanBrocklin ran for 107 yards and two scores for the Warriors.

Eric Mazany completed all 12 of his passes for 168 yards and two touchdowns to Tyler Littlejohn, lifting LaPorte (6-5) to a 28-21 win over defending champion Mishawaka (9-3) in the Class 5A Sectional 9 title clash. Charles Salary rushed for 153 yards and two scores, and Owen Strieter added two interceptions for the Slicers. Darian Phillips ran for 131 yards and one score and added 121 yards through the air, and Tanner Bradley tallied 105 yards on the ground and two touchdowns for the Cavemen.

Camden Bohn was 6-of-7 passing for 117 yards and two touchdowns and also rushed for 127 yards and two scores, helping Penn (12-0) to a 42-6 win over Merrillville (6-6) for a Class 6A regional championship. Nate Miller hauled in a pair of receptions for scores for the Kingsmen.

Cody Howell threw three touchdown passes to Colten Leininger, guiding defending state champion Tri-Central (11-1) to a 34-14 win against Sheridan (7-5) in the Class 1A Sectional 44 final. Howell finished 7-of-9 for 122 yards and Leininger added 11 tackles for the Trojans. Austin Hoover carried the ball 33 times for 142 yards and two scores for the Blackhawks.

Kurtis Wilderman was 15-of-24 for 189 yards and three touchdowns, leading Evansville Mater Dei (12-0) past North Posey (8-4), 28-9, for the Class 2A Sectional 40 championship. Julian Weidner had five receptions for 114 yards and two scores, and Drayke Richardt ran 21 times for 115 yards and one touchdown for the Wildcats. James Marshall racked up 172 total yards and a touchdown pass, and Derek Lindauer recorded 15 tackles for the Vikings.

Hunter Hess rushed 18 times for 119 yards and one score, guiding Shenandoah (10-2) to a 27-7 win over Winchester (10-2) for the Class 2A Sectional 38 crown. Dalton Hatcher added nine carries for 90 yards and two touchdowns, and Cody Rudy racked up 11 tackles for the Raiders. Kiante Enis had 138 yards of offense and a touchdown catch, and Dillian Williams tallied 13 tackles for the Golden Falcons. Enis finished with 3,182 yards rushing, good for third in a season all-time in Indiana.

Jacob Earl accumulated over 275 yards of offense, helping North Vermillion (12-0) to a 48-20 win over defending champion Fountain Central (9-3) in the Class 1A Sectional 47 finale. Earl ran for 162 yards and one touchdown and caught five passes for 115 yards and two scores. Cody Wright was 9-of-12 through the air for 164 yards and two scores and ran for a third tally, Braden Hollowell added five rushes for 95 yards and two touchdowns, and Evan Weir recorded 15 tackles for the Falcons. Koby Pierce tossed for 261 yards and one touchdown and ran for 80 yards and another score for the Mustangs.

Justin Mersch exploded for 211 yards and three touchdowns on 15 carries, lifting Pioneer (11-1) to a 44-0 shutout of Carroll (Flora) (3-9) for the Class 1A Sectional 42 title. Sam Kiser passed and ran for scores and returned a kickoff for another tally, while Nick Price and Zach Mason registered 12 tackles each for the Panthers. Jared Miller passed for 119 yards for the Cougars.

Jackson Anthrop ran 12 times for 155 yards and three touchdowns, caught three passes for 34 yards and another score, and grabbed an interception, guiding Lafayette Central Catholic (9-3) to a 42-0 blanking of Lewis Cass (10-2) in the Class 2A Sectional 35 finale.

Antonyo Gaddie had 20 carries for 115 yards and one touchdown, leading Charlestown (10-2) to an 18-7 win over North Harrison (4-7) in the Class 3A Sectional 31 title game. Tristan Chester threw and ran for scores for the Pirates.

Joe Hart scampered for 206 yards and three touchdowns as Lapel (6-6) downed defending champion Oak Hill (9-3), 24-20, for the Class 2A Sectional 36 crown. Derrick Randall ran for 105 yards, Joel Durkes added 80 yards on the ground and two touchdowns, and Josh Turanchick racked up 12 tackles for Oak Hill.

Cooper Henderson accounted for all three touchdowns, lifting defending champion Eastern Hancock (10-2) to a 21-20 win over previously unbeaten Northeastern (11-1) in the Class 1A Sectional 45 final. Henderson ran for 107 yards and one score, caught a pass for a score, and returned a punt 40 yards for another tally. Andy Riley recorded 10 tackles for the Royals. Joey Claypoole tossed for 242 yards and three touchdowns, and Craig Dingwerth added two scoring catches for the Tigers.

Kenton Crews tallied 90 yards of offense and two touchdowns, helping Heritage Hills (11-1) to a 14-13 win over Gibson Southern (10-2) in the Class 3A Sectional 32 finale. Logan Wilkerson was 10-of-16 passing for 145 yards and one score, and Zack Jones recorded 12 tackles for the Patriots. Nick Sellers threw and ran for scores for the Titans.

Mitch Eberhardt and Austin Hale both surpassed the 100-yard rushing mark, lifting Linton-Stockton (11-1) to a 41-0 blanking of North Knox (9-3) in the Class 1A Sectional 48 final. Eberhardt had 16 carries for 167 yards and one score as well as 10 tackles and Hale ran 19 times for 103 yards and two scores. Chad Trent chipped in 88 yards passing with one touchdown and another on the ground to help the Miners to their fourth straight crown.

Jordan Crouse was 7-of-10 passing for 169 yards and two touchdowns and also ran for a score, leading Triton Central (11-1) to a 31-6 win over Milan for the Class 2A Sectional 39 title. Brady Gossett hauled in four receptions for 104 yards and two scores, and Drake Holtz recorded 15 tackles for the Wildcats. Michael Thompson tallied 93 yards of offense and a scoring run for the Indians.

Dylen Goddard found the end zone twice as Indianapolis Lutheran (9-3) used a 21-point first quarter outburst on its way to a 49-14 win over Indianapolis Howe (6-6) in the Class 1A Sectional 46 final. Chris Mundy was 12-of-20 passing for 255 yards and two touchdowns, and Dontea Henderson added nine receptions for 192 yards and one score for Howe.
