Colts Announce Playoff Events, Promotions for Fans

Fans, businesses encouraged to wear blue and #BringTheNoise

INDIANAPOLIS – The Indianapolis Colts are AFC South Champions and will host a 2014 NFL Playoff game next weekend at Lucas Oil Stadium. They will play the loser of the Bengals at Steelers game that kicks off tonight, barring a tie in that game. The date and time of the Colts Wild Card game will be determined by the NFL later this evening.

As the national spotlight once again shifts to Indianapolis, the team is inviting fans and local businesses to celebrate the team's playoff berth this week and #BringTheNoise to Lucas Oil Stadium next weekend.

The week's plans include a special edition playoff poster, social media contests, pre-game festivities and more. In addition, tickets for the Colts Wild Card game are still available via www.colts.com, www.ticketmaster.com, the Lucas Oil Stadium box office, all Ticketmaster outlets and charge-by-phone at (800) 745-3000.

The 2014 Colts Playoffs are presented by Huntington Bank and Verizon Wireless, and sponsored in part by Bud Light.

Colts fans are invited to share photos showing their #ColtsPride via social media the week of December 29 for a chance to win one of several prizes, including playoff tickets, autographed memorabilia and more. Visit www.colts.com/playoffs for more information.

DOWNTOWN INDY'S NEW YEAR'S EVE CELEBRATION

Fans can pick up a limited edition Colts playoff poster, while supplies last, at Downtown Indy's New Year's Eve Celebration on Georgia Street in Downtown Indianapolis on Wednesday, December 31, beginning at 5 p.m. The posters will be available at the Colts booth during the event. PLAYOFF POSTER DRIVE-THRU

On Friday, January 2, Colts fans are invited to pick up a limited edition playoff poster on Monument Circle from 6:30-8:30 a.m. The first 500 cars that drive-thru will receive a Colts rally towel (limit one towel per vehicle). Colts mascot, Blue, and Cheerleaders will be on-site to help pass out the posters.

BLUE FRIDAY PEP RALLY

The Colts will host a playoff-themed Blue Friday Pep Rally at the Circle Centre Mall food court in Downtown Indianapolis on January 2. Beginning at noon fans are encouraged to stop by to pick up a special edition Colts Playoff poster, listen to live music from Dave & Rae and meet Colts Linebacker Robert Mathis. The first 1,000 fans will receive a Colts rally towel (limit one towel per person).

AMERICAN FAMILY INSURANCE TOUCHDOWN TOWN

Three hours prior to kickoff of their Wild Card game, the Colts will open American Family Insurance Touchdown Town for fans to enjoy pre-game festivities. Touchdown Town is free and open to the public, and features live music, food trucks, drink specials and much more. It closes 30 minutes prior to kickoff.
