Flag Coach of the Week
Each week during the high school girls flag football season, the Colts honor one coach as their Flag Coach of the Week. The recipient earns $2,000 for their athletic department, a commemorative plaque, and a visit to Colts practice. Each Flag Coach of the Week is invited to Lucas Oil Stadium to be honored before the Week 18 game on the field.
The Colts High School Woman of the Year program recognizes an outstanding Indiana high school girls flag football player who exemplifies character, leadership and teamwork on and off the field. Junior and senior flag football athletes are nominated by school or team administrators across Indiana, and a Colts selection panel evaluates all nominees based on their community service, academic accomplishments and football performance. The Colts will recognize the winner with a commemorative plaque and a donation from the Colts Foundation to the winner's non-profit or community group of choice.
Each season, the Colts and the Maxwell Football Club recognize a Girls Flag athlete who excels on the field, in the classroom, and in her community. The Colts will nominate a Girls Flag athlete each season to be a nominee for the National Flag Player of the Year Award.
