Colts Connect is the official fan engagement and membership program of the Indianapolis Colts. It serves as a digital hub for managing all Colts membership programs, including season tickets and Blue's Club, along with their associated benefits. You can easily access everything through the Colts mobile app.
Colts Connect is currently available to each primary season ticket account holder, Blue’s Club member, Blue's Club + member and any other ticket purchasers. To participate, you must register through Colts mobile applications.
Please note: You must be signed into your Colts account in the app through the Account Manager link to access Colts Connect Pass.
ColtsCash is the membership program's currency that can be redeemed across various Club experiences. Every dollar of ColtsCash is a dollar to spend on Colts ProShop, food and beverage concessions at Lucas Oil Stadium and more. To use ColtsCash across Club experiences, you need to have a Colts Connect account and agree to be bound by the Colts Connect Terms & Conditions.
ColtsCash is available as part of the benefits to Colts Season Ticket Members. Additionally, fans can convert FanCash (Fanatics loyalty currency) to ColtsCash through the exchange program. We plan to expand earning opportunities in the future.
ColtsCash can be redeemed at any concession stand at Lucas Oil Stadium. Tell the cashier that you have Colts Connect at checkout, and they will tell you when to scan your pass. ColtsCash is not valid outside of Colts home games and Colts Pro Shop.
The program (excluding standard members) offers a 10% discount at Colts Pro Shop year-round but it cannot be combined with promotions or discounts. Excludes clearance items, newly released products and others.
No. Colts Connect is FREE, and there is no fee to use ColtsCash.
ColtsCash will expire at the end of each NFL season on March 31, 11:59 PM EST and does not carry over to the following season.
No. ColtsCash has no cash value outside of the Colts Connect program and is non-withdrawable.
All benefits associated with Season Ticket Member and Blue's Club Membership (ex. Pro Shop discount) are exclusive to the primary account holder and are non-transferrable. Screenshots are not valid.
However, ColtsCash can be transferred, but the person will require a Colts Connect account to access ColtsCash.
If we determine that you are not complying with the Colts Connect Terms and Conditions provided by Indianapolis Colts or any Colts affiliate, we may discontinue your ability to earn or use ColtsCash, and we also may take any other actions consistent with the Terms of Use, including but not limited to terminating your account and/or refusing you service.
Make sure you are signed into your Ticketmaster account in the Account Manager section of the app. If you are signed in and unable to see your Colts Connect pass, please try logging out of your ticket account and logging back in under the Account Manager section. If you are still unable to access your Colts Connect pass, please contact the ticket office.
The user must verify the email address on their Fanatics account before they can spend or convert funds to ColtsCash. The user can either confirm via email communication sent during the initial registration or log in to https://www.fanatics.com/account/, click on the "Profile" tile and then from there confirm their email address.
Make sure you have push notifications turned on for the Colts app. New benefits and special reward notifications will be sent through the app.
