Welcome to Colts Connect, the official fan engagement and membership program of the Indianapolis Colts, Inc. ("Club"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Colts Connect program ("Program"). By registering, accessing, or using the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must register through Colts mobile applications. Each participant may maintain only one Colts Connect account.

Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for actual or suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

2. Membership

Your Program membership status will be determined by the types of products (i.e. Season Tickets, Blue's Club, etc.) you have purchased or registered ("Membership"). Club reserves the ability, in its sole discretion, to add, change, or remove status determinations at any time with or without notice.

3. Membership Pass

Once you become a registered member of the Program, you will have access to Colts Connect Pass with a unique QR code via Colts mobile app ("Pass"). This Pass will be used to earn or redeem your benefits and ColtsCash.

4. Program Benefits

As a participant, you will enjoy a variety of benefits made available by Club from time to time ("Benefits"). Benefits may vary by membership, and some participants may have more Benefits than others. The type, timing, and availability of Benefits will be determined by Club in its sole discretion. Club may change, limit or modify Benefits or may terminate a Benefit at any time.

The chart below sets forth the current Benefits offered for each membership classification, subject in all cases to the terms related to such Benefits, including but not limited to, how they can be redeemed.

Additional benefits to be introduced in the future~

Benefits may be added, modified, or removed at Club's discretion, and access may require app usage, location sharing, or participation in specific engagement tasks.

5. ColtsCash

ColtsCash is the membership program's currency that can be redeemed across various Club experiences. Every dollar of ColtsCash is a dollar to spend on Colts ProShop, food and beverage concessions at Lucas Oil Stadium and more. To use ColtsCash across Club experiences, you need to have a Colts Connect account and agree to be bound by the ColtsCash terms and conditions set forth as follows:

A. Application of and changes to ColtsCash

The ColtsCash terms and conditions apply to all present and future access and use of the Program. Club may make changes to these ColtsCash Terms at any time and from time to time, including as needed to protect the integrity of the Program, prevent abuse and help ensure the Program is being used as intended. Your continued access and use of the Program following the posting of any changes to these ColtsCash Terms confirms your acceptance of such changes.

B. Earning ColtsCash

ColtsCash is earned on each eligible purchase after all applicable discounts are applied, and before any applicable expenses, fees, or taxes are applied. You cannot earn ColtsCash on gift card purchases or on orders that are cancelled or returned.

ColtsCash earned in an eligible purchase is usable only on future eligible purchases made through the Program. Account holders may also earn additional ColtsCash during special promotions. Each promotion will contain details on how you can earn ColtsCash and any limitations that may apply. Your account must be active and in good standing as of the date we determine whether you have met the terms of the promotion to receive the promotional ColtsCash amount.

ColtsCash can also be earned through converting partner rewards points. The exchange rate for the conversion will be determined in Club's sole discretion and is subject to change at any time.

If you cancel an order or return merchandise for which you earned ColtsCash, that ColtsCash will be deducted from your balance.

C. Using ColtsCash

ColtsCash can be redeemed at any concession stand at Lucas Oil Stadium. Tell the cashier that you have ColtsCash at checkout, and the cashier will tell you when to scan your Pass. ColtsCash is not valid outside of Colts home games and Colts Pro Shop.

You may also choose to convert ColtsCash to partner rewards points, which may be subject to additional terms and conditions. When logged into your account, you can apply your ColtsCash to your order at checkout, which will reduce your subtotal. Alternatively, you can save your ColtsCash for a future eligible purchase.

D. Expiration of ColtsCash

ColtsCash will expire at the end of each NFL season on March 31, 11:59 PM EDT and does not carry over to the following season.

E. No Cash Value

ColtsCash is not redeemable for cash, and you cannot sell your ColtsCash to others. Your ColtsCash may only be used by you with your account. Only one account may receive ColtsCash in any one transaction.

F. ColtsCash Clawbacks

If you use ColtsCash that Club or one of its partners determines was awarded in error or otherwise should have been deducted from your account (e.g., because you returned the product for which you earned the ColtsCash), we reserve the right to withhold or clawback any future ColtsCash you earn up to the amount of ColtsCash that was awarded in error or otherwise should have been deducted from your account.

G. Improper Use

If Club determines that you are not complying with the ColtsCash Terms or any other agreement you have with any of our partners, , we reserve the right to (i) discontinue or suspend your participation in Program, (ii) terminate your account, (iii) refuse you service or access to the Program, or (iv) take any other action consistent with the ColtsCash Terms. We may decide not to issue you any ColtsCash if we terminate your account because of conduct that we determine violates the ColtsCash Terms or any other agreement you have with any of our affiliates, or any applicable law, or involves abuse, fraud, or misuse of the Program. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with the ColtsCash Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

6. Communications

By enrolling, you consent to receive Program-related communications including email, push notifications, and text messages (where applicable). These may include news, offers, and promotional content. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time; however, operational messages (e.g., related to your account or activities) will still be sent.

7. Contests, Giveaways, and Experiences

Participation in certain experiences (e.g., sweepstakes, giveaways, or digital activations) may be governed by separate rules. Prizes may be subject to availability, substitutions, and tax implications.

8. Program Modifications and Termination

Club reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, with or without notice. This may include modifying features, restricting access, or discontinuing specific benefits. Continued use of the Program after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Program for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Program or its systems
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity
• Violate contest rules or attempt to manipulate outcomes

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and disqualification from current or future engagement opportunities.

10. Privacy & Data Use

Your participation in the Program is subject to the Indianapolis Colts Privacy Policy, available at colts.com/footer/privacy-policy, which outlines how your personal information is collected, used, and shared.

11. Copyrights & Trademarks

All software and content made available to view or download in connection with the Program, ("Software/Content") are: Copyright (c) 2016 Indianapolis Colts, Inc. and/or its suppliers. All rights reserved. Colts, Indianapolis Colts, Horsepower, and the Colts' horseshoe logos are trademarks of Indianapolis Colts, Inc. . All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Your use of the Software/Content is subject to the terms of any applicable end user license agreement.

For Software/Content not accompanied by an end user license agreement, Club grants you a revocable, personal, non-transferable license to use the Software/Content for private viewing and use in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, and for no other purpose, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Reproduction or redistribution of Software/Content is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible. Without limiting the foregoing, copying or reproduction of the Software/Content to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is expressly prohibited. The Software/Content and any accompanying documentation and technical information, are subject to applicable export control laws and regulations of the USA.

12. Liability/Warranty Disclaimer

While Program does its best to ensure the optimal performance, you agree that you use it and rely on material contained in it AT YOUR OWN RISK. The Program and all materials in them are provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, are provided WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND either express or implied. This means, without limitation, that Colts DOES NOT WARRANT that any site is fit for any particular purpose, contains workmanlike effort, owns titles or is non-infringing; that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted; that defects will be corrected; that the Program are free of viruses or other harmful components, or that they are accurate, error free or reliable. You acknowledge that Club and affiliates together with their respective employees, agents, directors, officers and shareholders, ARE NOT LIABLE for any delays, inaccuracies, failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, viruses, communication line failures or for the theft, destruction, damage or unauthorized access to your computer system or network.

Club IS NOT LIABLE for any defamatory, threatening, infringing, offensive, or illegal conduct or material of others found in the Program, including that transmitted by any means by any other person. You acknowledge that Club is not liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, in connection with or arising from your use or from your inability to use the Program. This disclaimer and limitation applies to all potential claims, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if we or any of our suppliers have been advised of the possibility of damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the sites/services, or with any of these terms of use, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE PROGRAM.

13. General

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without application of any choice of law principles. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Marion County, Indiana in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Program. Use is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to these Terms of Use, including this paragraph. No joint venture, employment, or other legal relationship exists between you and Club as a result of this agreement or use of the Program.
